To offer your sailing experiences on Sailsquare, you must register as a Provider: click here

Once you have completed the registration process, log in to the platform and follow these simple steps:

1. Click on NEW PROFILE
2. Enter the required information: personal details, experience and qualifications
3. Save everything and wait for us to contact you to verify your application

Once approved, you will be ready to start listing your experiences and receiving bookings from users in our community!

Registering and listing your experiences on Sailsquare is completely free.

In fact, we do not charge any fixed fees to those who list their experiences on our platform, but we do charge a service fee for using the platform only for bookings made on our platform. The service fee for Providers is generally 15% of the price of the experience.

Sailsquare collects the participation fees from travellers who book your Experiences on your behalf. When we pay you this amount, we will issue an invoice to you for the service fee, which will be deducted from the amount owed to you.

NB: When you create a new Departure and set its price, you will also be shown the net amount, so you will know exactly how much you will be paid.

You do not need to be the owner of the boat you will be using for a particular Experience.

However, before approving your offer, we need a document that proves the actual availability of the boat for the departure dates you want to associate with the Experience.

To this aim, you can send us one of the following documents:

• A rental contract or booking confirmation from the charter company, for boats rented from charter companies;
• A boat licence with the page relating to the ownership of the boat, accompanied by a letter from the owner confirming the period during which the boat will be made available to you.
