We encourage our users to leave a review every time they participate in an experience, as a way to build trust within the community and allow everyone to make informed choices that align with their expectations.
All reviews on Sailsquare are VERIFIED: that is, they are written only by travellers who have actually taken part in the experience being reviewed.
Our community relies on honest and transparent reviews: for this reason, we do not offer any incentives of any kind to our users to leave a review. For the same reason, we offer organisers the opportunity to respond to each review received.
Reviews can be written within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the experience to which they refer, are immediately visible on the website from the moment they are submitted, without any time limit, and are presented in descending order according to the date on which they were written.
However, we reserve the right not to list or to remove any review or response to a review if we believe that its content violates the review guidelines contained in our Platform Terms of Use.
When you list a review, you agree to comply with our review guidelines.
Any review that, in our opinion, violates the review guidelines contained in our Platform Terms of Use may be removed.

The day after your experience ends, you will receive an email notification inviting you to leave your review. The invitation is personal: the link cannot be shared and is sent exclusively to participants registered on Sailsquare who took part in the experience.

Furthermore, when you book an experience through Sailsquare, transactions are made through a secure payment system and the amount you have paid is only transferred to the organiser after the start date of the experience. Making the transaction on Sailsquare allows you to be protected by our policies, as well as receive support if needed.
Choosing to communicate and book the experience outside the platform, on the other hand, makes it more difficult for us to protect your data and your booking, and exposes you to risks and security issues. Furthermore, it does not apply the protections we reserve for every user who books through the platform, particularly with regard to cancellation and refund guarantees.
If anyone asks you to pay outside the platform or invites you to contact them through channels outside the platform to circumvent the transaction management methods offered by Sailsquare, we urge you to immediately stop communicating and contact our Customer Care to report the incident.
Keeping all communications and transactions on Sailsquare is essential to avoid the risk of fraud and to guarantee you the best possible experience in terms of security.
In fact, only by using the tools provided by Sailsquare can you benefit from payment protection, the guarantees offered by our cancellation and refund policies, and our assistance. If, on the other hand, you agree to use alternative tools, Sailsquare will not be able to help you in case of need.
