Sailing around Martinique, St Vincent and the Grenadines, was spectacular, with excursions for a small fee highly memorable. The skipper Gerard was extremely professional, skilled, providing a smooth, flawless sail on a 54 foot, high quality, well equipped catamaran with very comfortable cabins. This experience could easily have been a 5 star rating, were it not for the one crew member dedicated to general guest services and cuisine on board. Dream Yacht Charter employed someone lacking the minimum professional skills one would expect in the hospitality sector. The crew member had an indolent, disinterested and shoddy attitude, leaving guests feeling like a cumbersome burden. Simply asking politely for extra utensils or plates at meal times was met with scowls and complaints about extra washing up! The lack of hygiene on board was also unacceptable with whatever dirt that accumulated over the week inside the cabins and common areas building up. The kitchen was only superficially cleaned and on more than one occasion left flies and insects to fester. Cuisine cooked on board was generally flavourless, uninspired and even insufficient on occasion. This was frustrating when the program is full board for the week. We have travelled on other vessels with other companies and had a far better level of service for similar cost. All that said, we had a wonderful week sailing, we just would not book with this company again.

Amazing week in the Grenadines. Great group for the boat. A big thank you to the Skipper, Will and the hostess Maîka who prepared delicious meals for us. It was a perfect week for me. I recommend.

Very nice catamaran even if there were not enough bottles of wine on board among those we requested. Skipper good but preferred to speak in French and often did not adapt to the requests of us passengers. Nice itinerary but there is not much coral reef and fish, compared to other destinations. Very long crossings between one island and another and with always very rough seas.

A week based entirely on navigation, with little time for snorkeling. Obligatory, prepaid shore trips that were worth just a great lobster lunch on the beach. Rigid aperitif times, lunch and dinner, inflexible cook on the menu chosen at his unquestionable will. No possibility of changing the menu of the day, because it was not declared before and therefore sometimes we were left without being able to eat. Tense atmosphere if you didn't like the food or had requests, also due to linguistic misunderstanding. The crew spoke only French, no English or little. The quality of the wine and food is low. Frozen fish in bags, except on the first day. Cocktails that are good only on two or three occasions, because they are freshly prepared. For the rest, bottles of rum and fruit already prepared and hot. Disappointing holiday despite the very beautiful location.
