Lovers of movida will not be disappointed by its sparkling evenings of aperitifs in the piazza. Those who love to immerse themselves in history will find what they are looking for in the archeological area of Nora, an ancient Phoenician settlement later conquered by the Romans. Taking a stroll around its beaches, you'll feel like you've stepped into a commercial: the sea is a color that looks painted, framed by the white sandy beaches that crown the gulf and the green hills behind. Explore unique beaches such as the Spiaggia del Riso, which owes its name to the pebbles that look like grains, or Porto Giunco, behind which the Notteri pond is populated by beautiful pink flamingos. Finally, explore the island of Cavoli by sailing boat in the marine protected area of Capo Carbonara.
