This sailing initiative is a partnership between brothers Tom and Ed. Tom skippers all the tours, while Ed looks after the business side. Originally from land-locked Leicestershire, Tom now lives in the Rias Baixas region of Galicia and speaks fluent Spanish. With many years of experience teaching sailing and extensive knowledge of the Rias Baixas area, he is an RYA Yachtmaster Instructor and has worked in sailing schools worldwide. His achievements include a solo Atlantic crossing and participation in the Fastnet Race. Ed, based in Lincolnshire, UK, has a background in business and engineering. Although relatively new to sailing, he has completed a 1,000-mile journey from the Azores to Spain.
