I am a passionate existential seeker, an explorer of worlds and ways to live in a more conscious and loving way. The sea and sailing have accompanied me on this journey of connection to life since I was a child, I have sailed in the Mediterranean every summer with my family, and Ambalabas, our boat, is a second home for me! I have a degree in mathematics, the encounter with Yoga represented a homecoming for me: a first step towards a deeper path of self-knowledge.

For 10 years I traveled the world, I trained as a Holistic Counselor with a psycho-somatic address and I discovered artistic expression as a way to open the channels of creativity, through dance and voice and music.
