I was born on July 14 in Ognina, on the seafront of Catania. My mother was Istrian, my father was from Parma, the German obstetrician. Wandering by DNA and vocation, I have always gone to sea. With my last 14m sloop, I accompany my guests to discover the archipelago of the Aeolian Islands, offering them the opportunity to have a different holiday. a holiday characterized by the discovery of enchanting locations, in the name of nature, relaxation and good company, I am interested in wines (Onav diploma), cooking and catering and I will be happy to accompany you and guide you also in the universe of taste of this wonderful land. In the months of July and August, together with my partner Laura - a divine cook - we offer the kitchen service on board, preparing some traditional Sicilian dishes.
