About me

Hi, I'm Luca. I've always been passionate about sailing and started sailing at the age of 8. I then took part in various courses and regattas and became increasingly specialised. Today, I am a full-time skipper and FIV instructor, and I couldn't be happier! During the winter, I pursue my other passion: skiing. I am also an alpine ski instructor.

My experience

I took part in several FIV sailing courses to learn while having fun. I participated in regattas both offshore and in dinghies, achieving good results. I competed in national and international regattas in Snipe.

At the age of 16, I started teaching, first as an ADI and then as an FIV instructor. I hold a BLS-D first aid certificate and ISAF Offshore Personal Survival Training Course certification, which is valid for participation in offshore regattas.

Today, I work as a skipper and FIV instructor for dinghies, yachts and keelboats. I also collaborate with the Italian Sailing Federation as an FIV trainer and regional tutor.

A perfect Sunday with Matteo, Mariateresa and a group of new friends who have just met. Although the sea was a bit capricious and the wave made us dance for a while, Matteo (the skipper) managed to find a sheltered place for us to enjoy a wonderful day. We were on board with Matteo and Maria Teresa last Sunday and it was a beautiful day. A serene escape and laughter that we needed. Sailing with only the sound of the sea and the laughter of new friends was the added value. The boat is beautiful and maintained with the perfect care of the hosts.
