About me

I am Pietro, skipper and owner of a 2004 Bavaria 44 refitted in 2020, I have been going a boat since the age of 6 and I attended the first courses at the Aquilia Sailing School in Laigueglia, pushed by my parents.

I switched to offshore boats in 1980 and since 2000 I have had a boat license and started skippering.

I am in possession of the BLSD certification and I am a CSEN sailing instructor.

My experience

I have sailed in the Mediterranean in almost all seas, Croatia, Corsica and Sardinia, Tyrrhenian Sea, France Côte d'Azur, Spain Balearic Islands, Costa Brava and Costa del Sol, etc.,

I was introduced to offshore sailing by a friend who when I was 18 years old "hired" me on board as a deckhand and he, an instructor from Caprera, taught me step by step the technique of sailing boats.
