This experience, in a nutshell

4 days of sailing between the Island of Giglio and Elba, starting from the Marina Arcipelago Toscano in Piombino, an excellent marina, reachable by car, with the possibility of free parking.

Experience the charm of the 25th of April long weekend on board a sailboat, immersed in the wonders of the Island of Elba and Giglio.

You will sail between enchanting bays such as Cala Barbarossa and the bay of Caldane, where the crystal clear sea invites you to have lunch lulled by the waves. You will explore picturesque harbors and hidden coves, discovering unique landscapes that only a sailboat can reveal.

Each day will be a perfect mix of relaxation, nature and conviviality, with dinners on the boat or in typical local restaurants. An unforgettable experience between wind, sea and dream islands.

Our itinerary

Boarding is scheduled after 17:00 on Thursday afternoon, so that we can organize the galley, the return on Sunday for about 16:00.

PROGRAM:

Thursday: boarding after 17:00, check-in, galley organization

Friday: sailing to Giglio Island with expected arrival around 13:00, lunch on the boat in the harbor in the wonderful bay of Caldane, return to port Giglio, dinner on the boat or restaurant of the crew's choice, overnight stay in port

Saturday: sailing on the Gulf of Porto Azzurro with expected arrival around 14:00, lunch on the boat in the roadstead in the beautiful Cala Barbarossa, return to port, dinner on the boat or restaurant of the crew's choice, overnight stay in the port

Sunday: sailing we will move to Cala di Ortano where we will have lunch and, in the afternoon, we will set sail for Piombino with expected arrival by 16:00

PS: in case of adverse sea/weather on the south side of Elba, we will change the program by sailing indoors on the north side and visiting Portoferraio, Bagnaia, Viticcio, the Paolina islet and Marciana Marina

Top holiday!! My girlfriend and I had a really nice and relaxing week. Paolo, our captain is a nice and prepared person, a travel companion that everyone would like by their side and the boat has all the accessories to travel in comfort. Negative experience, the weather conditions forced us to return to the port in Piombino for 3 nights. The heavy rain created inconvenience for us because the water entered the cabins, wetting the mattresses. We have some doubts about the behavior of Captain Paolo starting from the lack of assistance in making galleys to retracing the same stretch of coast of the island of Elba 2 times and spending 3 nights at anchor in Porto Azzurro. On the last day we sailed only for a stretch returning to Piombino. More than a sailing holiday, it was motorized. We hope to be luckier in the future.
