This experience, in a nutshell

A week to discover the wild Ionian Greece.

We will sail with a comfortable catamaran of 13.5 meters, with four double cabins, equipped with bathrooms, and two sailor cabins.

We will move on the unforgettable and magical waters of the Ionian Islands; A meeting point of numerous civilizations and cultures, the Ionian Islands are the ideal destination for a sailing holiday that is not too demanding, light winds, many protected bays where you can dive. And in the evening, short forays ashore to visit the marinas and villages of the islands of the archipelago.

Leg 1

Saturday

Boarding at 18.00 from the picturesque port of Sivota Bay, south of Lefkada. Welcome aperitif, accommodation in the cabin, crew briefing and dinner in a Greek tavern, accompanied by music from the small cafes in the area and surrounded by the beauty of the island's beaches, blindingly white, rock walls overlooking the sea, held back by the embrace of olive trees and, above all, of a sea where the breeze never fails.

Leg 2

Sunday

After breakfast we return to put the bow towards Ithaca. After several baths and dives, we will spend the evening in the roadstead, with an aperitif and dinner under the stars.

Leg 3

Monday

We leave Ithaca behind and, after a couple of miles of navigation and a few stops in beautiful roadsteads, in the evening we anchor in the bay of Kioni, where we can get off for a walk or to have an aperitif. We will then spend another unforgettable evening under the stars.

Leg 4

Tuesday

After breakfast, we continue the discovery of the island of Ithaca, with its coastline full of coves: we will explore the southern part, and then land in the picturesque port of Kefalonia Agia Euphimia.

From there, it will be possible to organize a land excursion with scooters to explore the other side of Kefalonia, with the famous beach of Mirtos and the small port of Asos, and then have an aperitif in Fiscardo, the Portofino of the Ionian islands.

Another possible excursion is a visit to the caves.

Leg 5

Wednesday

Sail in the direction of Atokos, where we will anchor in the emerald waters and the white pebble beach creates a magical glimpse, in stark contrast to the intense green of the Mediterranean scrub, accompanied by the picturesque pigs swimming in search of food. Night at anchor on the island of Kastos, visit of the marina, under a starry sky.

Leg 6

Thursday

We will sail in the direction of Meganisi, but first we will make a stop in Kalamos, in one of the many coves of the island, surrounded by crystal clear water. We will spend the night at anchor in Nidri, a bay with many clubs, shops and nightlife.

Leg 7

Friday

After a hearty breakfast, we will sail to discover other bays of Lefkada and then return in the afternoon to the small port of Sivotà: after spending several nights in the roadstead we want to put our feet on the ground, go shopping and enjoy the flavors and aromas of Greece.

Nice holiday, especially thanks to the good company and the excellent (and nice) crew. Too bad the weather was not entirely favorable: the wind was strong and the sea a bit angry. But I definitely recommend the boat and the route, the Egadi Islands are really beautiful!
