This experience, in a nutshell

Boarding in Piombino at the MAT Marina Arcipelago Toscano, based on the weather conditions we will decide whether to head for Marciana and the next day for Capraia, or for Portoazzurro and south of Elba, the port is not booked for the reason described above but given the period it should not be a problem, with this trip you will see Elba and Capraia from a different point of view being a period let's call it so of low season so we will not storms. I state being a sailing holiday it is always necessary a little spirit of adventure and adaptation.

Our itinerary

At 11.00 am on Friday we leave the mooring in Piombino depending on the weather we head for Portoazzurro or Marciana Marina or Capraia, the skipper will decide at the moment based on the weather. At night we will enter the port where it is possible otherwise sparse. We return to Piombino at 16.00 on Monday.

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

Our first experience on a boat was more than positive: Marco and Carmen are really two good people; the boat is well maintained and kept clean; They were very considerate of my children. The only flaw (not dependent on them) was the weather that limited the possibility of sailing and reaching Corsica. To be repeated.

A beautiful experience, full of moments of navigation that allowed us to experience the sea in depth and to really feel in contact with nature. Great mini-vacation. Skipper and sailor put safety and relaxation as priorities, they are flexible, the places are beautiful, the boat is excellent and well equipped. They teach you how to sail and, if you want, they let you try to steer and hold the sheets.
