This experience, in a nutshell

After finishing the refuelling at the typical market of Port Louis, we will set sail according to the winds, towards the north-east to sail towards the Glénan archipelago, in the bays of Concarneau and Bénodet and on the Odet. The proposed stopovers, to be chosen together, are: the river of Belon, Port Manech, L'Aven, various anchorages at Glénan, Concarneau, Ste Marine, and along the Odet which we will go up almost to Quimper.

Then we will make our way to the islands of Morbihan: Groix, Belle-île, Houat and Hoedic.

Finally, we will cross the bay of Quiberon and enter the Gulf of Morbihan to follow the tide to Vannes, with possible stopovers at Logeo, Ile aux Moines and Ile d'Arz.

Each stopover offers great discoveries, on foot, by bike or by road.

Our itinerary

The objective of this self-guided trip is to explore the most beautiful islands of southern Finistère and Morbihan. Away from the hustle and bustle and traffic. We will spend most of the time there, we will also go up rivers bordered by forests, landscapes very different from the sea, and soothing after the waves. Finally, we will visit typical towns and villages, and taste the culinary specialties of the region: fish, seafood, pancakes and cakes.

An active holiday, focused on nature, and a total change of scenery.

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

At first, from my son Guglielmo , a special thanks to J.B. for his prompt interest and kind concern when we had problems to get in touch because of my smartphone (next time better an e sim). Than, even if i'm not exactly the best guest to have on bord, i received any kind of support to make me feel confortable and enjoy my stay.. You'll find someone who loves his job and who knows how to do it at best. Really good experience thanks also to Adriana, LuLu e Franco. See you soon!

Very nice adventure at sea for this great first for me with Jean Baptiste and the other teammates: Jean Baptiste is passionate, calm, gentle and very pedagogical for the neophyte that I was. Adventure in the middle of nature to discover the Breton islands which are nuggets, also a human adventure on the magnificent sailboat that cuts through the waves and heels as soon as the wind picks up. What a joy to be at one with all the elements: the sails, the wind, the sun, the waves and the luck of having sailed with the dolphins. Can't wait to be able to return to the Mango with my captain Jean Baptiste to cast off again!
