This experience, in a nutshell

The sunset in the Gulf of Poets offers a unique spectacle every time, capable of transforming the landscape and making every outing a different experience.

Pampered by the wind and the rhythm of the waves, we will sail among the beauties of the islands of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto, right in the most evocative hours of the day, when the sea is tinged with warm colors and the coast lights up with new magic.

Crossing the Strait of Portovenere, we will be conquered by the poetry of these places, accompanying the navigation with an aperitif on board based on local flavors: a selection of local excellences and quality native wines, told through the stories and traditions of Liguria.

Our itinerary

18:45 – Meeting at the departure point for boarding and safety briefing before departure.

19:00 – We set sail from Marina del Fezzano (or La Spezia) to experience the magic of the Gulf of Poets at sunset.

The navigation will take us to the island of Palmaria, with a first stop in the suggestive Baia dell'Ammiraglio or Pozzale, where it will be possible to take a bath and relax immersed in the beauty of the landscape.

We will then continue between the islands of Tino and Tinetto, until we cross the spectacular Strait of Portovenere, one of the most iconic passages of the Ligurian coast.

On board a special aperitif stop will await us with a selection of typical local products and a glass of Cinque Terre wine, to savor the scents and flavors of Liguria lulled by the sea.

There will be time for a last swim in the waters of the Gulf before starting the return navigation.

21:45 – Return to the port of departure.

22:00 – Disembarkation and final greetings.

🚗 By car
La Spezia can be reached from the motorway network via the A12/E80 (Genoa-Livorno), exit ""La Spezia"" for direct access to the city; from the hinterland, the A15 (Autocamionale della Cisa, Parma-La Spezia) connects the Parma/Salsomaggiore area with the junction towards the A12 near Santo Stefano di Magra, then continuing on the provincial and local state roads to the centre; the SS1 (Via Aurelia) serves the approach along the coast. Approximate travel times under normal conditions: Genoa 1 h-1 h 20 min, Pisa 50-70 min, Florence 1 h 45 min-2 h, Milan 3 h-3 h 30 min. Rest areas and urban parking are available near the station and the port; for heavy access or commercial vehicles, dedicated routes to port areas are provided.

🚆 By train
La Spezia Centrale is served by the Genoa-Pisa railway line and by Trenitalia regional and long-distance connections; regional trains connect La Spezia to Genoa (about 55-75 min) and Pisa (about 50-65 min), while connections from Florence generally require 1 change and last around 2 h; from Milan the travel time varies around 3 hours with possible direct trains or with a change in Parma / Parma-Fidenza. From the station it is possible to continue by city bus or taxi to the port areas and terminals of the city center; The timetables and types of trains (regional, intercity) determine the daily frequencies.

✈️ By plane
Useful airports: Pisa Galileo Galilei (PSA) about 80-90 km away, which can be connected to La Spezia with the ""Pisa Mover"" to Pisa Centrale and then regional trains (about 50-65 minutes by train); Genoa Cristoforo Colombo (GOA) about 80-110 km away, which can be connected by taxi or car (1 h-1 h 30 min) and by train from Genoa Principe/Brignole; Firenze Peretola (FLR) about 130-150 km away, which can be connected to Firenze SMN by tram/bus and then train to La Spezia (about 2 h). All major airports offer car rental, taxi and transfer services; Transfer times vary depending on the chosen vehicle and traffic.
