Services included in the cost:

• Professional skipper and unlimited daytime sailing.

• Unlimited boat-to-beach and boat-to-dock transfers

• Two daily yoga sessions of one hour and thirty minutes to be carried out on the beach (morning and late afternoon with

Timetables to be agreed with guests)

• Evening meditation session to be agreed with the guests and to be carried out on the boat (1 session per package of

3 nights, 2 sessions for the full package)

• Provision of one Yoga mat per person

• Trek of 3 hours per session (one session for the 3-night package and two sessions for the full package)

• Snorkeling equipment available free of charge

• Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels included

• Boat fuel

• Continental breakfast on board

• Tea, coffee, still water always available on board

• Possibility to organize aperitifs on board independently (food and drinks to be purchased and transferred on board

by the participants)

The boat can accommodate a maximum of 6 people on board. Two places will be occupied by the staff: the skipper and

the yoga teacher who will follow you throughout your stay in the activities and as a guide to navigation and choice

places to visit. Availability of 2 cabins for double use with bathroom.

From an early age she was passionate about spirituality and began, at a very young age, to practice

yoga by deepening the themes of health related to the body, emotions and

to energy in numerous refresher courses, training and growth courses

staff. The encounter with meditation through the master Osho opens them up

further spaces of understanding in his process of personal transformation.
