This experience, in a nutshell

In 2000 the Sailing and Wellness project began, with the intention of combining sailing with holistic activities such as Reiki and Meditation. For the very experienced Captain Fabrizio, artist and Reiki Master, it has always been a natural choice, a philosophy of life. This philosophy is also shared by Sari, Fabrizio's wife, of Finnish nationality. Assistant skipper, cook and expert yoga practitioner.

Our sailing project has always sought to transform the experience of the sailing holiday more significant and deeper. You could say that we are now the veterans of the sea and wellness.

Over the years, Captain Fabrizio has also participated in numerous projects in the field of social hardship with the Puglia Region and with the Solidarity Sailing Union.

Our boat, the very comfortable 14-meter Jeanneau Sun Odyssey, sails under the Greek flag being proudly a Greek company since 2000.

We will welcome a maximum of 4 guests on board who will be accommodated in two very comfortable double cabins with a common bathroom.

Our proposal of WellBeing sailing holidays is aimed at all those who love to totally unite with nature and want to recreate greater contact with themselves, discovering sailing also as a form of Meditation. We have chosen the islands of the Greek Ionian Sea for their beauty and scents, for the light, for the intense blue, for the enchanting bays and the characteristic marinas, where you can anchor and carry out the activities Ben Essere.

You will sail among the beautiful islands, you will choose to drop anchor in the most evocative bays to carry out activities such as swimming, snorkeling, sup, and you will live the experience of sleeping in the roadstead under the stars!

Being anchored in the bay will allow you to receive a Reiki treatment before sunset, or to practice Meditation, and after a light aperitif, we will be ready for a tasty and healthy mainly vegetarian dinner.

During the week there will be stops in the characteristic villages of the Ionian islands, to dine in the typical Greek tavern.

If our weekly schedules allow disembarkation in another place, this is also possible and must be agreed before booking. In our navigations we will touch the islands of Kefalonia, Ithaca, Atokos, Kastos, Kalamos, Meganisi, Zakynthos.

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

Wonderful trip to the Ionian islands, sailing in the crystal clear sea in complete relaxation, between swimming, snorkeling, his and visiting the most characteristic islands. Lo skipper Fabrizio, his wife Sari, with the cat Kekku, welcoming and helpful, deeply love these islands and took us to the most beautiful bays, where we woke up in silence; we happened to be accompanied by a turtle or to try a reiki treatment with Fabrizio. The boat is cared for in every detail and very comfortable. Sari's vegetarian cuisine is delicious. Highly recommended!

10 days to discover the Ionian Islands, from the Greek coast of Syvota to Zakynthos, in a slow and rewarding navigation, lulled by the wind and waves, in full harmony with nature. Each island is unique and has enchanted us with varied shades of the sea and its hinterland. We have rediscovered true and genuine Mediterranean flavors in small family-run taverns, welcomed by Greek simplicity and warmth. All this on board [hidden], more than a sailboat a way of being: Fabrizio, Sari (and the cat Kekku) have opened their world to us, they have been able to transmit us an unexpected warmth. The healthy and attentive cuisine of Sari has spoiled us and made us taste 1000 tasty recipes, the calm and confidence of Fabrizio at the helm have allowed us to complete a wonderful journey, seasoned with travel stories, making us appreciate once again the magic of sleeping at anchor. Sunrises, sunsets, colors, scents, sounds, flavors and the rhythmic song of the Greek sea filled our hearts.

Traveling on Fabrizio and Sari's boat was a new and fantastic experience. Not only were they always available, but also friendly and patient. Sari every day prepared us amazing and imaginative dishes, and her smile was contagious (especially with her dialogues with Keku) ! Fabrizio always had an anecdote or a story to tell in every place where we sailed, and he took the time to explain and make us feel part of the journey and life on board, as if we were already friends who had gone to sea together! I repeat for posterity: never eaten so well as on board with them! never discovered more things on the sea as on board with them ! never had so much fun in company as in the conviviality that has been created on board!

Sailing with Fabrizio and Sari in the crystal clear waters of Zakynthos, Ithaca and Kefalonia is finding yourself in total harmony with human beings and nature. It is getting up early in the morning to admire the sunrise, chasing the sun with the tender which, in all its splendor, greets us before a new day and having your heart full of joy. It is enjoying delicious dinners in lonely bays and not feeling alone at all, but connected to others by a continuous thread of positive energy. It is to be enchanted by beaches set between white rock walls overlooking turquoise waters. It is feeling enveloped every day by an atmosphere full of sensations, emotions, harmony and energy.
