This experience, in a nutshell

We will spend an unforgettable holiday sailing among the beautiful Pontine Islands.

These islands have an absolutely unique charm and nature.

The Pontine archipelago is divided into 2 distinct groups of islands not too far from each other: The first, located in the northwest, includes the islands of Ponza, Palmarola, Gavi and Zannone, the latter island is part of the Circeo National Park; the second group is located in a south-easterly direction with Palmarola and Ventotene.

A skippered sailing cruise to the Pontine Islands can be an exciting and relaxing experience. Here's what you might expect from this experience:

Sailing: You can actively participate in sailing if you wish, learning the basics from your guide or simply enjoying the views while the crew operates the boat.

Island exploration: Each island has its own unique charm. Ponza, for example, is famous for its sea caves, while Palmarola is appreciated for its crystal clear waters and unspoiled nature.

Snorkeling and diving: Excellent opportunities for snorkeling and diving. You could explore the seabed rich in life.

Local Food: During your cruise, you will have the opportunity to enjoy delicious local dishes. Many of the islands have restaurants and taverns offering specialties based on fresh fish and other local products.

Relaxed atmosphere: Sailing cruises tend to offer a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere than cruises on larger ships.

In general, a sailing cruise to the Pontine Islands offers the opportunity to explore enchanting places in a more intimate and flexible way than traditional cruises.

The experience with Sailsquare and with the Skipper Antonio was really nice, Giulia's assistance in completing the purchase was decisive, Antonio led us to discover secret corners of the Pontine area, showing absolute mastery of the seabed and coves of the Pontine Islands, surprising even those of us who knew the archipelago well, anchoring and sailing always in the name of maximum safety and comfort allowed, sometimes he cooked for us and turned out to be excellent and discreet company, his consolidated relationships in the docks allowed us to always have open doors, for a safe mooring when the weather required it and a privileged entrance in the Roman port of Ventotene, the islet is a real pearl of history and circumscribed beauty, finally my fellow adventurers a beautiful heterogeneous crew, a real crew devoted to joy where everyone has brought soul to the spirit of the group, compact from start to finish, Thank you you are Beautiful

Very successful week, Bruno is an excellent skipper, he knows the places in depth, even if I have been going to Ponza and Palmarola for a lifetime, he made me discover things that I still did not know. He is also an excellent cook... and we were all happy about it. The crew was perfect, in short, everything fit together well. Some refinement to the boat would not be bad, starting with the tilting kitchen, but since Antonio is a craftsman he will certainly provide for next year 😉. However, I am satisfied and... fair winds to alliiiiii!!! Anto' stop, here I can't wear🤣 the shirt

My first sailing holiday with 3 friends was a beautiful week! Antonio, the skipper, is a real sea dog, reliable, experienced, an excellent cook, he has always put us in a position to enjoy the beauty of the Pontine islands despite the sea and the wind that has blown continuously throughout the week, he has always managed to moor in sheltered places, he has not spared himself in making us discover the most beautiful coves of Ponza with tender excursions, Palmarola and Ventotene. The company of the rest of the crew was then the added value, we sailed with breathtaking sunsets, slept under starry skies, admired sunrises, swam in crystal clear waters, in unique landscapes, we laughed, danced, sang.... In short, it was a wonderful holiday, I would say perfect, which will remain in my dearest memories. Even the discomfort of the little space in the forward cabin where we were staying in 4 was amply compensated by the beauty of this first experience of mine that I hope to repeat as soon as possible ...
