This experience, in a nutshell

One week of SAILING AND DAILY YOGA PRACTICE PLUS SUP usage are waiting for you this summer in Greece. We will be sailing every Saturday from ALIMOS MARINA in ATHENS to the unique SARONIC ISLANDS. You will get to visit 4-5 beautiful islands and practicing yoga every day on every island. You'll swim in bays with crystal clear waters, explore every island and visit interesting ancient monuments such as the ancient theather of Epidavros, the sunken city, the temple of Athena and many more..

Experienced professional Skipper and yoga teacher on board. Groups up to 8 persons, plus skipper and yoga instructor. Boats from 43 feet (3 guest cabins) to 52 feet (4 guest cabins).

Onboard there are available 3 - 4 double beds OR bunk bed cabins for guests, and one cabin or bunk bed cabin for the crew, along with 2 to 3 WC's with showers. Fully equipped kitchen, hot and cold water, electric refrigerator, and outside shower.

All boats are fully equipped and fully insured for chartering.

Leg 1

SATURDAY

Embarkation at Alimos Marina after 18 00. Meet your professional skipper and yoga teacher. Then after a tour of the yacht and a briefing about your safety on board you can have dinner at one of the taverns close to the marina. We'll spend the night on board.

Leg 2

SUNDAY

Morning breakfast ready to sail at 09:30. You will sail for about 2 hours to the 1st island Aegina OR Agistri depending on the availability of the mooring space. Lunch onboard and then evening yoga. Dinner at local traditional tavern in any chosen stop over port in Aegina island and/or Megalochori or Skala in Agistri island.

Leg 3

MONDAY

Morning breakfast onboard after your yoga session. Sail for 2-3h to the Ancient Epidaurus port. Lunch onboard and swimming before arriving to the port. You can visit the Ancient Epidaurus theater well known for its marvelous acoustic. Dinner at a local tavern close to the port.

Leg 4

TUESDAY

Morning breakfast & morning yoga session. Sailing to Poros island arpx 4h. Stop over for swimming at the magnificent Sunken City of Ancient Epidaurus brunch & lunch time onboard before entrance at the port of Poros. Evening yoga session. Dinner at next to the boat local tavern.

Leg 5

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast with morning & yoga session. Sailing to Ermioni port for a total sailing time of 4 hour. Stop over for swimming in Spathi Bay. Brunch & lunch time onboard before entrance the port of Ermioni. Evening Yoga Session.

Leg 6

THURSDAY

Breakfast with morning & yoga session. Sailing to Mandraki bay in Hydra. Stop over for swimming in Dokos island. Brunch & lunch time onboard before entrance the Mandraki bay in Hydra. Evening yoga session. Dinner at a Main town Tavern.

Leg 7

FRIDAY

Breakfast with morning & yoga session. You will Sail to Moni islet (next to Aegina) witch is a protected natural park where you will meet its unique inhabitants Peacocks and Deer. Your last swimming in the crystal clear waters of Moni island. Brunch & Lunch time onboard before your 4 hours trip back to Alimos marina. Dinner at a nearby port tavern on delivery onboard.

SATURDAY

Last morning breakfast on board. Goodbye salutes and farewells till next time. Combination and fixing for buses / transfers to Airport or other (not included in the price).

Awesome week at sea. Elias knows all the best places to go to. It was just amazing to have this possibility to enjoy yoga, sailing, swimming, Greek food & culture in a relaxing & safe way with good company. I would definetily like to do this soon again.

What a fabulous trip! Everything I'd hoped for and more. A great mix of relaxation and adventure with fabulous company. It was great to learn a bit about sailing whilst exploring some beautiful islands.
