I am Claudio, an instructor of high altitude sailing of the ITALIAN VELA FEDERATION, I will take you on a sailing experience among the beautiful landscapes and mooring points of the gulf of the poets of la spezia, during which you will sail between Lerici, Portovenere, the neighboring islands of Palmaria and Tino and the coast of the five lands, depending on the marine weather and the choice of navigation shared with the whole crew. I will be happy to send you the first notions of sailing or to improve your previous knowledge. This experience is also suitable for those who for the first time want to approach the sail, without the need to immediately collaborate with the boat.
