Our itinerary

Our trip starts here:

Le Marin (Martinique).

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Our trip ends here:

Le Marin (Martinique).

Check-out: 9:00 AM

Leg 1

DAY 1 - Saturday

Saturday afternoon, between 2 and 4 p.m., everyone is there. A few of your fellow sailors arrived a day earlier. In any case, today you are preparing your sailing holiday together. This also includes buying groceries in the supermarket. You set off with part of the crew. In the afternoon after 5 p.m. you will move into the yacht and assign the cabins. In the evening you will come together for a small get-to-know-you dinner in a restaurant. In the Caribbean, it is possible to board the yacht on the day of arrival, but the technical check-in always takes place the following morning. Therefore, a departure before 12:00 p.m. on the following day (Sundays for our trips) is usually not possible.

Leg 2

DAY 2 - Sunday

You can't wait: cast off to your first destination, Marigot Bay in St. Lucia. There is a perfect sunset here every evening. The location was already known through the filming of Dr. Dolittle in the 60s

Leg 3

DAY 3 - Monday

Every day is different. Today we continue south on the sailing route to Port Vieux Fort. There is a unique fish market here with fresh fish at reasonable prices. If we want, we can also take a look at the small island of Maria Island. But be careful, it's a nature reserve, so we don't leave any traces here.

Leg 4

DAY 4 - Tuesday

Sailing along Caribbean feels good. As a sailing beginner, you will now gain your first sailing experience with the Caribbean wind. From afar you can see the 1,467-meter-high volcano with its wooded slopes on St. Vincent. You will anchor in the Blue Lagoon, a sheltered and beautiful bay on the south side of the island.

Leg 5

DAY 5 - Wednesday

Today you sail to the Tobago Cays archipelago. Like green patches with white borders, five islands lie in the turquoise water. Wherever you look, turtles and exotic fish are everywhere. You anchor in the lagoon between the islands. A coral reef keeps the waves from the Atlantic Ocean away. This is one of the reasons why the lagoon inside is so suitable for anchoring, swimming and snorkeling.

Leg 6

DAY 6 - Thursday

Union Island, the bay or port of Clifton is on your program. The journey takes about two and a half hours. The yacht is safely anchored. Now you can decide: a walk on the island to the viewpoint and enjoy the view over the bay or rather jump into the water and then doze on deck? These are questions that arise on your sailing trip Caribbean.

Leg 7

DAY 7 - Friday

Sailing along in the Caribbean takes you to a different beautiful island every day. Today to the beautiful island of Carriacou, the sister island of Grenada. The gem in the Lesser Antilles is known for its coral reefs and shallow, clear waters. Absolutely postcard-worthy! As soon as you approach the island, you will see that the well-known motifs on the postcards do not lie.

Leg 8

DAY 8 - Saturday

You enter another nice sailing day in your logbook. On the eighth day, we continue via Clifton and Union Island to the Tobago Cays. A day full of new impressions awaits you.

Leg 9

DAY 9 - Sunday

Again you sail to the paradisiacal Tobago Cays. Again, you will enjoy the beautiful lagoon between the uninhabited islands, snorkel with colorful fish between the reefs, swim, dream, relax. You just have to watch out for the current, says your skipper. A walk on the beach on land? Sounds good. You want to try it out right away and feel what it feels like on a desert island.

Leg 10

DAY 10 - Monday

Well, something like that. Today, your sailing trip even takes you past Mick Jagger's house. So let's go to the island of Mustique, a jet-set island of about six square kilometers. It is privately owned. Because it has luxury and seclusion, it is a popular place for celebrities to stay. In addition to Mick Jagger, Bryan Adams, Tommy Hilfiger, Princess Margaret and many others have visited this island.

Leg 11

DAY 11 - Tuesday

Bequia, you know, the island of clouds. You will drop anchor in Admirality Bay, the bay off the capital Port Elisabeth. There are sights everywhere. Would you like to visit the Whaling Museum? A visit is worthwhile. Because Bequia was once an important whaling location. You can also head to the east side of the island and visit the Old Hegg Turtle Sanctuary .

Leg 12

DAY 12 - Wednesday

St. Vincent offers you many opportunities to customize your day. Maybe visit the Kingstown Botanic Gardens or the Fort? Or go on a longer hike? The Vermont Nature Trail, for example, leads through the rainforest, which is home to exotic birds . Or do you feel like lying on the beach and enjoying the sea with a cocktail in hand from the sun lounger?

Leg 13

DAY 13 - Thursday

Your sailing trip will show you a lot of the islands of the Caribbean. And sailing in the Caribbean can actually be described as sailing: You only have to use the engine when you are looking for an anchorage. So you can enjoy the ride to the fullest with the sound of the waves. Today there is one more stop to come. If you want, you can plunge into the nightlife and experience the hot Caribbean rhythms in the bars

Leg 14

DAY 14 - Friday

Your sailing trip Caribbean is coming to an end. However, you don't let yourself be distracted by departure feelings and still enjoy the beautiful nature to the fullest. On the deck, you can hear birds of paradise chirping from all sides and enjoy them until it's time to cast off. You sail towards Martinique and make a swimming stop at lunchtime. The sun is still shining until late in the evening and you can see it disappear on the horizon.

Leg 15

DAY 15 - Saturday

Your dream vacation to paradise, your sailing trip in the Caribbean is over: You leave the yacht by 9:00 a.m. and make your way home.

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

Sailing vacation through the turquoise blue sea in Sardinia

08/18/2021

Mara N.

-

Italy

On a sailing holiday we were six friends, all couples and we rented the entire boat. The skipper was not Carl but Markus. Markus was kind and helpful, a competent person who knew the sea well and was able to advise us on the itinerary. In the evening we also had fun having parties. The only flaw is that more time was needed for this itinerary, in fact in Corsica we only visited Bonifacio since it took 7 hours of navigation to Porto Vecchio. It was a good experience that I would do again.
