This experience, in a nutshell

Welcome aboard our marine adventure through the wonders of the Venetian lagoon! Our unforgettable weekend on a sailing boat begins on Friday evening, with an exciting meeting at the San Felice di Sottomarina dock in Chioggia. The salty air and the sea breeze welcome us, anticipating the extraordinary experiences that await us.

On Saturday morning we will immerse ourselves in the lively atmosphere of the Chioggia fish market, a unique sensory experience. Among stalls full of fresh fish, colorful molluscs and delicious crustaceans, we will get lost in the intense scents of the sea. With our bags filled with local delicacies, we will set sail in the direction of Pellestrina, lulled by the gentle movement of the waves.

On our navigation, we will encounter enchanting islands and places rich in history and charm. Poveglia will reveal its mysteries, Le Grazie will enchant us with its fascinating quiet, while San Clemente will welcome us with its ancient ruins. Burano, with its brightly colored houses, will make us feel like in a painting, while the majestic skyline of San Marco and San Giorgio will leave us breathless.

In the evening, we'll land in Venice and choose between the charming structures of Marina Sant'Elena or Diporto Velico to spend the night. The lights of the lagoon city will give us a unique show, making the evening even more magical.

On Sunday, we will have the opportunity to leave the port and sail the open waters. The sea will give us breathtaking views, thus completing our adventurous weekend. In the afternoon, we will return to the dock of San Felice, with our hearts full of unforgettable memories.

Get ready to experience an unforgettable weekend, where the beauty of the Venetian lagoon will blend with the adventure of sailing, giving us unique experiences and indelible memories. With each wave, a new chapter in our epic marine adventure!

I spent a wonderful holiday with Giovanni and Stefania and Remo. Always attentive to comfort, to take care of life on board. Giovanni is a confident captain, with a lot of experience, nice, always ready to share his knowledge of navigation. I learned a lot with him and I thank him very much. Stefania makes delicious cuisine and makes sure of everyone's well-being. They give us lots of tips for things to do and see on the stops on land. I will certainly return to do another week of navigation with them. Unfortunately I didn't like Albania so much but the other islands were lovely. [hidden] is a beautiful and safe boat. Thanks for everything

We had a wonderful week for our first week-long experience on a sailboat. Stefania and Giovanni are exceptional hosts. Very welcoming, we immediately felt at home. Stefania is a remarkable cook, very attentive to introduce us to Greek cuisine. Everything is fresh and homemade! Giovanni is always on hand to help us discover exceptional sites and far from the tourist crowds. The boat is very comfortable. We shared a lot of authentic moments. We are ready to come back very soon! We highly recommend this cruise both for the kindness and competence of our hosts and for the beauty of the places we have visited. Every day was a new paradise. 1000 thanks!

Our first sailing experience was wonderful. Giovanni and Stefania are very special people and in love with sea life.... And you can't help but be fascinated by their stories. Arriving in Venice from the sea was a priceless magic.... Not to mention all the secret corners of land and sea that they made us discover. Stefania's cuisine is truly of a high level as well as being very respectful and attentive to the culinary tastes of her guests. The boat seemed very comfortable and perfectly maintained, you sleep well and the spaces are very livable. We can only recommend booking an experience with Giovanni and Stefania, I'm sure you won't regret it..... We are already thinking of repeating it soon. PS. 1 Finally, they also taught us how to recognize a true inhabitant of Venice..... But let's let them explain the trick to you????. PS.2 thanks to sailsquare for letting us discover it

I went with my husband on Giovanni's boat in September 2022 and the experience with Giovanni and Stefania couldn't have been better: -the treatment is unbeatable; fun, warm and professional -the boat is solid, beautiful and cared for -they know the area perfectly. The route, the islands and the beaches we visit are crazy and both are very aware to visit them at the best time, because there are fewer people or because it is simply spectacular -we had no previous experience and were taught to live on a boat, knots without tangles, we even learned to take the helm -the food on board is SPECTACULAR: Stefania makes bread with sourdough, delicious desserts and the best tzatziqui of all the Ionian islands -when we got off the boat they took us or recommended us delicious and very very special places As I have already written, we had no previous experience and choosing to make the trip with them has been a stroke of luck. I recommend it 100%
