Leg 1

Monday

Boarding between 12 and 1 p.m., stowage galley and departure to the islands. Arrival in Palmarola, anchorage at Cala del Porto or on the south side of the island at Cala Spermaturo

Leg 2

Tuesday

Patrols with the tender and with Palmarola's boat to appreciate its wonders. In the late afternoon we will head to Ponza to enjoy the sunset with Palmarola in the background. Later we will move towards Ponza port where we will spend the night at anchor in the bay of Frontone, with the possibility of going ashore.

Leg 3

Wednesday

Breakfast, possible improvement of the galley and departure to discover the island: you can freely decide to circumnavigate clockwise or counterclockwise in search of the place you will like best to stop there. A day of complete freedom.

Leg 4

Thursday

Breakfast, bath and departure for Ventotene. This island, so different from the rest of the Pontine Islands, will amaze us with the relaxed atmosphere that reigns on land. We will arrive around lunchtime after about 3 and a half hours of offshore navigation and we will anchor in front of the town and the black sand beach, between Ventotene and the island of S. Stefano which is about a mile away in the direction of Ischia. Or, if the conditions are favorable, we will go to the Cala Tramontana area to enjoy snorkeling and patrolling. In the late afternoon we will moor in the Roman Port of Ventotene. Dinner on land.

Leg 5

Friday

We will take advantage of a breakfast on land to explore the village that stands on the ancient Roman port in the light of day. Afterwards, having left the mooring, we will sail around Ventotene and head towards Ponza.

Leg 6

Saturday

breakfast and departure to Zannone, an uninhabited island that is part of the Circeo National Park. Since it is always not very busy, it will not be difficult to find an isolated place to spend a few hours. In the afternoon we will head for Cala Feola where we will anchor and go ashore.

Leg 7

Sunday

After exploring the famous Natural Pools of Cala Feola, we will move on to the stacks of S. Lucia or Chiaia di Luna. After lunch, departure in the direction of Marina di Nettuno where we will moor in the evening and then have dinner in a restaurant in the ancient village.

Leg 8

Monday

Breakfast, packing and see you on your next holiday!

We have always traveled by sailboat, but it was the first time with sailsquare and we couldn't have asked for better thanks to our skipper Dario. A deep lover of the sea, even in unfavorable weather conditions with wind and waves, he managed to make us experience a wonderful holiday. He knows the sea perfectly and always knows which cove to go to at the right time. Tireless all-rounder, always with a smile, a ready joke and good background music he created a wonderful atmosphere among all of us. Last but not least, he faced without the slightest hesitation the unforeseen events that unfortunately happened to our travel companions and always made us feel safe, He is his boat, he is his sea. Sailing with Dario is a privilege not to be missed!

Crazy holiday! The islands are wonderful and fully appreciated thanks to Dario's knowledge of the place and expertise. We had a great time with him, he made us feel safe even when the weather conditions were not optimal. He managed the navigation times in the best possible way, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the islands to the fullest. Highly recommended Dario and the itinerary!
