Brief description of the holiday
Leaving on November 10 from Martinique we continue our sail
north, stopping at all islands on our route.
There will be a nice balance between sailing and relaxing, snorkeling and fun. Food will be shared between all , otherwise everything is included in the price .
We aim to arrive in Martinique on Sunday Nov. 17 where you can disembark . The Islands we will visit are: Dominica, Isles des Saints and Guadeloupe.
Please do not book your return flight on the same day as arrival as we can be delayed due to weather conditions. As the distances between islands are always within a daysails range the nights we will anchor off a beach where we can swim, fish, snorkel etc.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to get ashore and explore the Island .
Beneteau Oceanis 411
My boat is a modern seaworthy monohull sailing yacht built by French builder Beneteau.
She is 41 Ft or 12.34 m. long and is built for cruising, which means she offers comfort and convenience on long passages, both on coastal and offshore passages. She has 3 double cabins, 2 on the aft port and startboard side and one in the front of the boat. She also has 2 bathrooms with shower plus a shower outside on the stern which allows for showering off the salt water after swimming. Recently she crossed the Atlantic from Spain and for this trip she has undergone a complete refit. All navigation systems have been upgraded, she has both VHF and USB radio communications on board plus satellite based warning systems. There are 10 new lifevests on board and an up to date 10 persons liferaft. There is a freezer and a fridge on board and she is equipped with solar panels to keep the batteries charged at all times. During the transatlantic crossing she proved to have everything needed for long passages and with her new set of sails and gennaker she proved to be a comfortable and fast ship. There also is Wifi on board and a new music system with speakers outside in the cockpit.
