Welcome to the Caribbean! Its sandy beaches, its coconut trees and a the most beautiful sea of the world. A single theme for this cruise relaxation and discovering of the wonder of the Caribbean !!!
I propose a program that I have prepared myself and realized many times for the great happiness of all those who participated. A dream come true ...
The program:
Saturday: Welcome, installation, meals and night aboard the catamaran in the lagoon.
Sunday: Guadeloupe / Marie-Galante / Dominica. Equipment for Marie-Galante (about 2 hours sailing). Anchorage at Canot Cove. Guided tour of the island by minibus: Gueule Grand Gouffre, Castle Murat, Capesterre. Visit of a distillery of rum. Lunch on board. Equipment for Dominica (about 3 hours sailing). Anchorage in Portsmouth. Entry formalities. Dinner and overnight on board.
Monday: a Dominica Guided tour of the island of Dominica by minibus: the east coast and its volcanic sand beaches, Caribbean Indian reserve, tropical forest with beautiful emerald pool ". Typical lunch in the restaurant "Papillote", visit of the exotic garden and swimming in the source of hot water. In the afternoon, visit the Trafalgar Falls and return to Portsmouth by Roseau and the west coast. Dinner and overnight on board.
Tuesday: Dominica / Basse-Terre / Ilet Pigeon. Morning equipment towards Basse-Terre (approximately 4 hours). Lunch during navigation, Leeward Coast, Soufrière (about 2 hours). Swimming and snorkeling to see the turtles in Malendure located in the Cousteau reserve.
In the late afternoon, descend on Malendure beach to watch the sun set over "Zouk and Ti-punch". Dinner and overnight on board.
Wednesday: Ilet Pigeon / Les Saintes. Morning relaxation: swimming, snorkeling. Possibility of boat trip with underwater vision and diving bottle at Ilets Pigeon (optional, with supplement, to reserve and to regulate on the spot). Lunch on board. Apparatus to the archipelago of Saintes (3 hours of navigation). Dinner and overnight on the Cabrit Island.
Thursday: Les Saintes. Morning relaxation, discovery of the bay of Saintes, view of the summit of the islet Cabrit, anchorage to the Sugarloaf, swimming, snorkeling, lazing on the beach. Lunch on board. Visit the village of Terre-de-Haut. Shopping possible. Dinner and overnight on board.
Friday: Les Saintes / Guadeloupe / Ilet Gosier. Morning apparatus for the Pointe-à-Pitre dock. Visit the city and its market, shopping. Boat trip in the marina of Bas-du-Fort. Sailing to Gosier Island, Lunch on board, swimming, snorkeling. Lobster grill and overnight on board.
Saturday: Ilet Gosier / Sainte-Anne. Sailing along the coast. Landing mid-morning in Sainte-Anne.
You will sail on a catamaran LAGOON 470 very well equipped of 2005. 4 double cabins with room of water and TOILET independent. 2 single berths + crew seats. The catamaran has: Big capacity in cold. 1 generator set. 1 desalinator. Scuba diving equipment all sizes. Tackle fishing equipment. 1 barbecue. 1 annex to reach the land. Your crew is composed of a professional skipper to guide you in the course of your cruise and a hostess (or sailor cook) to give you small dishes. Cooking on board: Almost all meals are taken aboard in the outdoor saloon under the shelter of a canopy. The crew shares the task, a cuisine both Creole and metropolitan, copious, well watered, the aperitifs are based on Rhum of course, various drinks at will.
