This experience, in a nutshell

Leaving Palau and the wonderful Sardinia we will cross the Strait of Bonifacio , one of the most fascinating and demanding stretch of sea in the Mediterranean.

At the border of the mouths we will find the wonderful rocks of Lavezzi , a nature reserve and a small corner of paradise.

A quick sail and here we are on the island of Cavallo .
From there the coast of Corsica is a succession of gulfs, one more beautiful than the other: Santa Manza , la Rondinara , Santa Giulia .
The capital of the area is Porto Vecchio , a lively town at the bottom of a magnificent gulf. Both are worth a visit, leaving Porto Vecchio we will meet the gulfs of Pinarellu , Solenzara , Campoloro in whose port we will stop.

A nice sail and here we are in Bastia, the lively "capital" of the island.

The holiday is part of a journey in weekly stages. You can continue the cruise to Genoa.

I really enjoyed the cruise with Riccardo. He is an experienced sailor and I trusted him, which is very important, especially if you have make a long crossing between islands, as we did. Riccardo took us to a lot of pretty places, and the trip was filled with beautiful moments like eating dinner together with the entire crew while enjoying the sunset in a lovely bay at anchor, or swimming in the sea during the day to cool yourself down. La dolce vita. The boat is well-equipped and comfortable, and the captain goes out of his way to make everyone comfortable. Obviously there were also some misunderstandings, but honestly, that is to be expected in a group of people traveling and living together for a week, and I think all quarrels which arose were handled properly in the end. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you, Riccardo!
