This experience, in a nutshell

The Cyclades archipelago is located in the heart of the Aegean Sea, but it will remain in your heart forever! Everything is just like in the postcards: the cubic houses and the very white little churches stand out against the sky of an absolute blue, the boats seem suspended on the crystalline sea, the white beaches contrast with the harshness of the rocks, the colored waterfalls of the bougainvillea make shade to the cats in the alleys of the villages. And above all, the hot sun and King Meltemi make the holiday even more special. The infinite sea of the gods. The Cyclades archipelago is made up of about forty islands with a bare and rocky appearance, but particularly fertile and verdant inside, which outcrop on the Aegean Sea.

The journey on a sailing boat is the best way to discover them one by one, in a succession of golden beaches, overlooking the crystalline sea, and wonderful cliffs. The villages sprout on the hills or are gathered inside the bays, where the white of the characteristic cubic houses and the bright colors of the frames reign.

The Cyclades contain historical treasures, towers, mills, dovecotes and old ramparts. The territory is then punctuated by remote monasteries, hidden among olive groves and vines; geraniums and bougainvilleas complete the postcard of this unique vegetation.

This summer discover insular Greece with a flotilla cruise : not only will you explore a wonderful archipelago, but you will also be able to meet many new people.

The cruise will take us to the discovery of the islands most frequented by the Athenians, the enchantment of the Cyclades which, emerging in the Aegean Sea, show their picturesque villages clinging to the hills or gathered inside the bays, where the blinding white of the characteristics reign cubic houses and the bright colors of the fixtures. The golden beaches overlook the blue sea making space between the cliffs, an ideal landing place for our on-board parties or for exciting shore excursions among historical treasures, towers, mills, dovecotes and old ramparts, monasteries set in the rocks, white and solitary churches and breathtaking views!

Greece - The Summer Flotilla among the Ionian Islands week 3

08/26/2019

Daniela A.
