Discover The Hidden Beauty Of The Cyclades Islands

Christian is very friendly and knows the Cyclades and the locals very well, but is unreliable in communication. His boat is fine, but needs manteinance and cleaning, and the tender was faulty. This led to us interrupting our journey halfway, after having to spend a night on the beach waiting to be taken to the boat. Christian refunded us 50% immediately as agreed, but charged us half the Sailsquare fees for the skipper. ------------------------------------SKIPPER REPLY---------------------------- I did not kept any skipper fees as you claim i did and it was me that decided to cut your stay short, not you! i refunded you swiftly 50% of the total amount i received from SQ. I mailed you the exact same SQ payout details that i received from SQ . I also forwarded the details of the refund to SQ. So please don't make false claims about the refund i gave you. I take safety and wellbeing of guests extremely serious! It is therefor that i ask everybody BEFORE they set foot on my boat if they have any medical conditions, take special medication or have allergies that i should be aware of since we visit remote and uninhabitated islands where there are NO hospitals or doctors and help in case of an emergency, is at least 3 hrs away. Both of you responded simply 'NO' when i asked you this question. Four (4) days later my partner told me that you was 5/6 months pregnant and that is the reason that i , NOT YOU, cut your stay short because you didnt informed me about this and accidents/falls etc on boats can happen very quickly and i can even not stop thinking what the outcome would have been if you would have had an accident on my boat while pregnant. I would also like to point out that the first day in Paros you was already 2hrs late and than in the evening when you went out i waited.for you til 4 in the morning altough you said you would be back around 1am. In Sifnos i told you that i have very bad network coverage ( Wind network Greece) and that is exactly why i showed you in which beachbar i would be waiting for you, but if you decide to go somewhere else and wait there its a bit normal that you didnt see me and had to wait. So please, dont call people unreliable if they are not. Asfar the dinghy is concerned, there is nothing wrong with it and regarding the maintenance of my boat i dont feel like repainting and revarnishing my whole boat everytime new people arrive... Regarding the cleaning of the boat, it is expected from people that they clean up after themselves... its not a hotel with roomservice although my girlfriend cleans the boat on a daily basis . Kind Regards Christian
