Our boat is an Aloe 45 Marine yacht built in France in 1978, in excellent condition as it was updated in 2022 and fully equipped. It boasts two masts that give stability to the boat ensuring a pleasant and safe ride.
The boat offers plenty of space for friends and family and can accommodate up to 6 people in addition to the crew: 4 guests divided into two double cabins and possibly 2 guests in the dinette.
The aft owner's cabin, very large and comfortable, accommodates a queen-size bed and a single bed; it is equipped with ample storage space (lockers and a wardrobe including hanging space, shelving and mirror) and a comfortable private bathroom with toilet, shower with pressurized hot and cold water, sink, mirror and 3 lockers.
Forward is the second cabin which offers two single beds and is preceded by an anteroom which houses 2 wardrobes and a mirror. Its bathroom, also with shower, also serves the double berth located in the dinette where the two sofas can be transformed into two double beds and / or two single beds.
All cabins are equipped with fans, USB sockets for charging phones and tablets.
The dinette is very spacious and consists of 2 large sofas, a table for 6 people and the inevitable chart table.
The kitchenette is very well equipped: 2 sinks, 4 burners, 2 refrigerators, conventional oven, microwave oven.
The large teak cockpit can accommodate up to six people. It is equipped with cushions, an outdoor table, and is sheltered and shaded by the bimini and spray-hood covers.
