Brief description of the holiday
Starting from Athens I will be delighted to welcome you on board my sailing yacht and make you discover the beautiful Saronic Islands!
During the spring period we choose the Saronic islands as our sailing destination, before the summer heat kicks in.
The islands in spring are a true paradise for hikers, runners or simply nature lovers. There are flowers blooming everywhere and impressive views above the villages plunging directly into the Mediterranean blue.
What is a typical day on board like?
In the morning, after breakfast, we go shopping for fresh supplies for lunch... Then we set sail for a wild anchorage where we spend the beginning of the afternoon.
On the program, relaxation, swimming, reading and getting lunch ready all together...
Departure time is set by the rise of the afternoon breeze.
We then set sail for an exciting time sailing to the next village where we stop for the night.
In the section "Extra Information" you will find more details about the program!
Just over 50ft in length, my sailboat can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 double cabins, each one with its own en-suite bathroom. Unlike most other 50 footers, the Dufour 51 offers proper crew sleeping quarters for the skipper and crew, if any, which means you do not have to share your own bathroom with the skipper / crew.

Other important information
Meeting in marina Alimos between 1 and 2pm!
After introductions, shopping for supplies and a short safety briefing, we are ready to depart and sail towards the island of Aegina. We spend the night in the tiny fisherman’s village of Perdika.
Hydra, the island called "the island without a car", where people still move around riding donkeys. This magnificent village is an ancient corsair rendez-vous and one of the most beautiful in Greece.
Its stone mansions and their well-preserved tile roofs offer wonderful sightseeing as well as a large range of restaurants and shops.
For those wanting to go out at night, there are also a few trendy bars where one can have a drink and dance the night away.
The island of Poros also has its old charming corsair village, in a wooded setting.
A very popular stopover, with shops and a good variety of taverns and restaurants, not to mention bars and clubs.
Returning to Athens at 2pm.
