Every week I propose an experience with a different title but with the same common denominator at the base: Nature, Relax, Sport and Fun.

Seven are the Sisters that make up this splendid archipelago located in the North East of Sicily and bathed by the Southern Tyrrhenian Sea. Climatically June and July are the most stable months while August is the most requested and crowded.

Few ports on the islands and with limited availability of berths.

Many, and well sheltered in case of bad weather, are the coves where you can anchor safely with the exception of Alicudi which is the most inaccessible.

THE PROGRAM includes both the Vacation Course on a Sailing Boat and moments of Yoga activities every day.
The Yoga and Sailboat Experience Course will be a journey to discover landscapes wrapped in magic, there will be daily yoga and meditation practices before breakfast and before dinner. We will immerse ourselves in a journey within ourselves, we will let go of the moorings and we will let ourselves be lulled by the waves experiencing the full welcome of our feelings.
During the day we will let ourselves be led by the mythological God of the winds Aeolus who will deliver us to the energy of the two active volcanoes: Stromboli which still surprises and enchants with its eruptions and Vulcano.
We will reconnect with the primordial elements of life: fire, air, water, earth. Fire, a purifying and vivifying element, contains within itself the principle of life that springs from its energy.
The intangible air, it is the vital energy that we breathe, without which it would not be possible to live, represents the cosmic breath.
Water, the source of life, from its source becomes a stream, then a river until it reaches the sea, overcoming the obstacles it encounters on its way, reaching the depths of the earth.
The solid and luxuriant Earth symbolizes the primordial matter, welcomes life and nourishes it. From the interaction of these elements, composed of mixed particles, all the phenomena of the cosmos originate: birth, death and transformation.
In this scenario we will be able to experience physical and mental well-being, the excellent food we will taste will be our guest of excellence.
Participation is open to all: experienced practitioners and beginners.
Saturday Milazzo
17:00 Boarding with a welcome toast.
Following a small briefing between the crew members will allow everyone to: make the first acquaintances, become familiar with the boat, assimilate some small behavioral rules to keep on board.
18:30 purchase of the galley.
21.30 Dinner
23:00 Games of knowledge, tea and herbal teas.

Sunday Lipari and Panarea
7:00 Wake up
7:30 am while sailing to Lipari, if sea conditions allow it, Yoga on the boat during navigation
9:30 Breakfast on board while we are going to the first island to enjoy the sea and relaxation.
13:30 We will moor at the white beach of Pomice (Porticello locality) which is located on the north-east side of the island. This place characterized by a few meters of seabed (3-4 meters) with a splendid light blue color of the water will make us think that we are inside a huge swimming pool where we will enjoy our first swim. To follow Lunch and relax :.
15:30 After a few dives and a nice swim we leave the island to reach Panarea. The arrival at the small islets of Lisca Bianca and Lisca Nera is expected at 17:00. Here you can admire the seabed characterized by the release of sulphurous gases that create fantastic games of bubbles and lights a few meters from the surface.
18:30 once moored we will do some Meditation on board
20:00 Dinner on the boat (whoever wants to can go ashore)
21:30 Tea and herbal teas and night in the harbor.

Monday Panarea
5.15 Wake up for the more daring who want to see the sunrise at 5.30
about 6:30 Wake up
7:30 Yoga and meditation on the ground
9:30 am Breakfast.
We are in Panarea in the morning it is pleasant to take a walk through the streets of the center. During the day you can admire the bright colors of houses, plants and flowers combined with a scent of figs that spreads throughout the country making us know the natural face of the island.
You can take a walk to the "Prehistoric Village" (located on the peninsula of Baia Milazzese) where the view will leave us breathless for the beauty of the bright colors that can be admired in the famous "Cala Junco".
Around 11:00 we will bow towards the largest of the outcrops that make up the archipelago of Panarea: the islet of “Basiluzzo”.
We will do some beautiful swims admiring the seabed that varies from the green / blue of the few meters of water to the intense blue of the high depths.
13:30 Lunch to follow, navigation, sea and relaxation.
18.00 Yoga on board

21:30 Games with music, tea and herbal teas, night in the harbor.

Tuesday Stromboli
7:00 Wake up
7:30 Yoga on board
9:30 Breakfast on board, navigation, sea and relaxation. After an invigorating swim we will sail towards the island of Stromboli to see the small lighthouse in the north of the island built on the rock of "Strombolicchio" where we will arrive at around 12:00. After a visit to the lighthouse (about 200 steps) we will move to the island of Stromboli where we will meditate while absorbing the energy of the volcano.
13:30 Lunch moored in the harbor (at anchor) in Punta Lena.
16:00 There will be the opportunity to go around the island at night and / or see the eruptive spectacle of the volcano from the sea which normally occurs, with greater or lesser intensity, about every 30 minutes.
20:00 Dinner.

Wednesday Salina
6:30 Wake up
7:30 Yoga on board
9:30 am Breakfast on board, and then we will sail towards the island of Salina as the first destination the bay of "Pollara", the location chosen by Troisi to set his film "Il Postino". This bay is what remains of the crater of one of the two volcanoes on the island. The bay is beautiful with very high walls overlooking the sea that frame this shallow body of water (from 3 to 6 meters) that will allow us to spend a splendid morning between snorkeling and doing nothing.
14:30 the destination will become the mainland for a snack at "Alfredo" to savor the famous "pane cunzato" and its granita (defined by many as the best in all of Sicily
18:00 Meditation on the boat
19:00 S. Marina di Salina where we will stop in the port for the night and for a visit to land.
20:00 Dinner.

Thursday Lipari
6:30 Wake up
7:30 Yoga on the Island
9:30 Breakfast and to follow Short navigation that will make us admire and appreciate sailing to the next destination. Once in Lipari between "Punta Palmeto" and "Punta Cugno Lungo" we will be able to moor in splendid bays that will allow us to make excursions aboard our tender to visit the caves and swim in one of the cleanest corners of the Mediterranean.
13:30 Lunch to follow, sea and relaxation.
17:00 Going around the island to reach the town of Lipari on the opposite side, we will “face” the passage inside the Faraglioni which are located between Lipari and Vulcano before going to moor near Marina Corta.
18:00 Games and fun
20:00 Greeting to the sun.
21:00 Dinner
22:00 Mantra, music, tea and herbal teas, night in the harbor.

Friday Volcano
6: 45-7: 00 Wake up and departure to reach the island of Vulcano
7:30 Breakfast on board. The route is short only 4 miles so, after just an hour, we will be able to land on the island of Vulcano.
9:00 When we arrive at our destination we can go for a "bath" in the thermal mud tubs or we can take a walk of about an hour to climb to the top of the crater of the volcano Or do Yoga on the beach and "bathe" in the tubs of thermal mud. Walking along the edge of the crater, you can pass through some particularly active “fumaroles” so as to make you believe you are in the “underworld”.
12:00 Return to the boat and departure to moor south of the island in the very small and splendid bay of Gelso. This bay is characterized by being stationed in a few meters of emerald green water, coming from the reflection of the beautiful seabed of Posidonia. Here we will take our last swim before returning to Milazzo
13:00 Lunch followed by sea and relaxation
15:30 We will raise the sails for the last time making our return to Milazzo
18:30 Mooring in the port
20:30 Dinner
21:30 Closing of the yoga retreat with a circle of sharing and thanksgiving Tea and herbal teas.

Saturday
6:30 Wake up
07:00 Meditation on gratitude
7:30 Breakfast, bags and luggage preparation.
9:00 Disembarkation
By 09:00 (but for those who need to leave earlier also on Friday evening) we will have to leave the boat that hosted us on board for our entire stay. We will bring home a new experience of new friendships and learning that will enrich the next baggage for the next destination…. The following itinerary may be subject to variations depending on the weather forecast to which the captain will always pay attention to preserve the safety of the crew.



IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS
Before boarding and for greater peace of mind for all participants, the negative result of the examination of a CoVid19 Swab (even quick) carried out within 48 hours before boarding is required.
According to the Government Regulations currently in force (but which could change favorably before our departure) those who share the cabin will have to issue a self-declaration of cohabitation. Participation in the experience requires registration with the Association and the Sports Card. The cost is already included in the "Extra Mandatory" fee to be paid locally before departure and includes a Basic Sailing Course that we will carry out during the week. Non-competitive medical certificate required, normally issued by the general practitioner.
