What holiday is more dedicated to nature than this one?
THURSDAY – Portorosa
Check-in from 19.00
The boat is moored in the port of Portorosa located near the town of Furnari (ME), reachable from Catania airport by car - via the highway - by train or shuttle service.
FRIDAY – Lipari
Purchase and boarding of the galley, bow to Lipari (about four hours of navigation). Lipari is the largest island of the Aeolian Islands and here trekking or biking enthusiasts can reach observation points from which to enjoy panoramas of rare beauty, making excursions in the hilly hamlets, to then climb Mount S. Angelo, and visit the quarries of "kaolin". There is also the possibility of circumnavigating the island, arriving as far as Porto Pignataro, the place where we will spend the night, located in the opposite direction to that of departure. For those who love history, Lipari also has a museum of extraordinary interest, full of finds that testify that since prehistoric times the island and the entire archipelago were inhabited by primitive peoples, often at war for the conquest of precious territories rich in raw materials to be marketed.
SATURDAY - Saline
After a coastal navigation, we will arrive in Salina. Here off-road bike enthusiasts will be able to climb the "Fossa delle Felci" peak, a slope that is almost 1,000 meters high. The ascent takes place on a path surrounded by ferns and lush woods. An incredible panorama awaits you at the top: the entire archipelago of the Aeolian Islands, nestled between sky and sea.
SUNDAY - Volcano
Last stop, we will arrive on the island of Vulcano. Here the ascent to the crater (not particularly demanding), the visit of the Levante bay, characterized by its sulphurous waters and the walk to the black sands, a wide bay made up of very thin black volcanic sand, will be of considerable interest.
We leave again in the afternoon, three hours to reach Portorosa, check-out at 18.00 .
Ah! I forgot ... those who want to find the bikes on site for the excursions planned both in Lipari and in Salina there is the possibility of renting them directly on board by reservation.
The program described may undergo variations due to weather conditions.

For single travellers, there is the possibility of having a double cabin for exclusive use, paying a 30% supplement (generally a 50% surcharge applies).
A cheap holiday, immersed in the glitter of the sea, far from crowds, noise and constraints, in the much-needed relaxation like never before in this unusual period.
STARTER PACKS
The cost of the Starter Pack is:
€90 per person for Single Rate bookings
€300 per whole boat booking
It will be payable upon boarding and includes:
- Overnight stay in the port of Lipari and Portorosa
- Diesel for the boat and petrol for the outboard of the tender
- Tender and outboard engine
- Cooking gas
- Sheets and towels (face & guest)
- Using the paddle
BOAT EQUIPMENT:
The comfortable and generously equipped boat supplies, for the more "demanding": watermaker (no limitation for service water), generator (no problem for recharging utilities, such as mobile phones, laptops and hairdryers) and air conditioning (to avoid the heat in the ports).
For the more "sailors": gennaker and spinnaker, for the more "comfortable" ones: cockpit with cushions and bow sundeck and, for the more "technological" PC-TV-WIFI.
WHAT TO BRING:
I recommend soft luggage and clothing that includes a hat, sweatshirts, a waterproof jacket and specific equipment for trekking and mountain biking.
HOW TO REACH THE PORT:
The Marina di Portorosa (Furnari), inside a tourist village, is located in a strategic position and can be easily reached both from Catania airport and from Palermo airport with shuttle bus service.
Catania airport: about 2 hours
Palermo airport: about 2 hours and 30
Or by car along the A20 motorway
NB FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PROBLEMS FOR DEPARTURE AT THE END OF THE HOLIDAY, THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY OF ALSO SPENDING SUNDAY NIGHT ON BOARD.
