Brief description of the holiday
If you are looking for a fun holiday full of new friends a flotilla is the one for you. Two boats that always sail together, bringing you to discover a new landing place every day. We will combine the tranquility of the sea, sunsets, sunrises and new friends with aperitifs, joy, music and dancing.
We will sail every day from one island to another, showing you all the beauty of the islands of the gulf of Naples first and then of the Pontine islands, stopping in the most beautiful coves. You will see the sun set from the bow of the boat, while drinking a glass of wine or a spritz. Our skippers will undertake to give you the first notions of sailing. The more expert and courageous will have the opportunity to steer a boat in the open sea under full sail, in total safety, experiencing that happiness that you will keep throughout the winter.
We will meet on Saturday at 17.00, boarding from Marina di Stabia (Naples) , you will find the boats moored, cleaned and sanitized. The first evening we will stay in the marina to give the various crews the opportunity to get to know each other. Just because you will be tired from the trip, LaFlotiglia will order pizzas for everyone, we will eat and drink all together on one boat. You will thus have the opportunity and time, before dinner, to arrange the galley and sort your luggage into the cabins, without having to think of anything else. The skippers will show you how to best organize the refrigerator.
Early Sunday morning, we will head towards Procida , the capital of culture of 2022. The island is characterized by villages with iridescent colors, Renaissance palaces which, together with its volcanic nature, make it unique. After lunch we will head towards Ischia, where we will stop either at the Aragonese Castle or at Sant'Angelo, one of the most beautiful villages on the island. After a long aperitif we will go ashore to visit the island.
The day for us skippers will start very soon. We will let you sleep while we set sail to take you to Ponza . Along the way we will stop for the first time in Ventotene , this time only for a swim and, just before lunch, we will set sail for the vault of Ponza. We will eat while sailing and will arrive at the natural arch around 4pm. In that crystal clear water we will relax and swim before going to the port of Ponza. In the evening we will tour the island and after an aperitif at the "Tripoli bar" everyone will be free to eat wherever they want. Restaurants and street food are not lacking, we will also be free to organize a dinner on the boat. For after dinner we are spoiled for choice.
In the morning we will sail to Palmarola , we will visit the stacks, the caves of Ponza and the Cathedral of Palmarola. We will have lunch in a beautiful cove and dinner in another. The skippers will make sure to gather everyone on the catamaran and we will all party together. You will see the clearest water in the Mediterranean and Palmarola will remain forever in your memories. It will be our second night at anchor, weather permitting we will sleep in the moonlight from where you can see the sun disappear behind the stacks of Palmarola and spend the night.. Wednesday
In the morning a tour of the island awaits us, with a swim in Cala Lucia Rosa . Connected caves will take you from one bay to another. We will set sail just after lunch to go back to Ventotene. Here another night awaits us in which we will be free to visit the island which, with less than 2km squared offers a concentration of beauty and relaxation. Aperitifs in the square or in the old port and small restaurants. In the evening we can go dancing or visit every little street that makes this island special.
We will take a last dip in Ventotene and then head towards Capri . We will take a buoy at the Faraglioni, from the transparent waters we will see the sun set just behind the Faraglioni. We will stay there for a dinner organized at the "Ciro" restaurant and during the night we will be free to enjoy the famous worldliness of Capri and Anacapri.
You will wake up calmly but before leaving Capri without having taken a dip in the Blue Grotto. The journey back to the port of departure will be short and this will allow us to make another stop for lunch at Punta Carcarella . On the last evening there will be a dinner organized by us in which we will say goodbye and celebrate, thinking it will be the last time all together, but aware that we will see each other again.
