Brief description of the holiday
Four days from Imperia to Cannes, to discover the French Riviera out of season, Menton, Villefranche, Antibes, Cannes, Ile Lérins with their history, we will visit the island of St. Honorat and the ancient Abbey of the Cistercian friars, that of Santa Margherita where "The Iron Mask" was imprisoned and much more, not excluding the sighting of Cetaceans.
During the cruise it will be possible for those who wish to hang up the basics of running a sailboat, with the possibility of trying to be at the helm.
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners provided on the boat, all prepared by our hostess Giulia.
Sun Odyssey 51
SUN ODYSSEY 51
Our Sun Odyssey 51 is a Bruce Farr project produced by the Jeanneau shipyards from 1989 to 1995, it is a boat that at the time represented the pinnacle of innovation, both in the design of the hull and on deck and in the interiors, conceived for long voyages oceanic. After 25 years it is still a modern boat, which has nothing to envy to subsequent productions.
Inside you will find 4 cabins, each with private bathroom, by our choice 3 are for guests and one for the crew, so during the w.e. and the weekly cruises we embark no more than 6 people, while for the daily outings we embark up to a maximum of 10 people. In each cabin there is a USB socket for recharging mobile phones while in the saloon you will find a comfortable U-shaped sofa with table, bar kitchen, oven, TV, Hi-Fi, library.
Externally, the awning creates shade in the cockpit, where a collapsible table allows you to have lunch or dinner comfortably. The stern beach, easily accessible thanks to the double wheelhouse, offers a comfortable and safe access to the sea, and the adjacent locker allows the stowage of fins, masks and everything needed for fantastic swimming.
At the bow there is another cabin used as a warehouse and on-board workshop, to always guarantee safety in navigation.
Autonomy is guaranteed by 950 liters. of water, 350 lt. of fuel, two solar panels, 1500w inverter, webasto for heating in winter.
A 3.5 m tender with a 15 hp engine will allow you to go ashore during the evenings at anchor and a two-seater canoe will give you fantastic excursions along cliffs that cannot otherwise be reached.
