We embark on Saturday afternoon, after having done the galley and a brefing on the safety rules and operation of the boat.
Weather permitting, we should already be in a beautiful bay to spend the night.
On Sunday we set sail and sail to drop anchor at Chiaia di Luna . The most famous bay is suggestive of the island of Ponza, (located on the western side of the island).
With guaranteed weather conditions and full moon, it is highly recommended to spend a night at anchor in Chiaia di Luna; you will admire the spectacle of the reflections of the moon on the white cliffs of the bay that plunge into a sea of various shades, ranging from blue to turquoise, a truly very suggestive seascape.
On Monday we will sail on the Ponente di Ponza side in addition to Chiaia di Luna, you can also admire other beautiful coves such as: Calaacqua, Cala Feola (with its natural pools).
On the eastern side of the island there is a succession of coves and bays, in addition to the famous bay of Frontone Cala Inferno, Arco Naturale, Punta Incenso .
On Tuesday Palmarola , here time has stopped, In fact, only wild nature inhabits the island. Here is a paradise for snorkelers, so don't forget: mask and snorkel ...! For many, Palmarola con Ponza are the most beautiful islands in the Tyrrhenian Sea. These islands certainly have a charm of their own .. such as the suggestive inlet also known by the name: Cala del Francese , you will find a bar and a restaurant as well as some houses carved into the rock or carved into caves.
The most beautiful bay of Palmarola is certainly Cala Brigantino , south of the island,. The sequence of caves and passages that make the water colors particularly intense is beautiful.
On the north side of the island, high rocky walls carved by the breakers and sculpted by the wind are reminiscent of majestic Gothic cathedrals, precisely for this singular similarity they are called: The Cathedral.
On Wednesday we will sail towards Ventotene is an island where time seems to have stopped. Immersed in the most absolute simplicity, Ventotene offers crystal clear waters, relaxation, tranquility. The island is also a witness to a millenary history, which began when Ulysses listened to the sirens song along its cliffs. Rich in archaeological remains in Roman times such as: the Roman port dug into the tuff, the fishpond and Villa Giulia . Don't limit yourself to just savoring the atmosphere of the village or the beach, but enter its territory, discovering its vegetation, lentil crops, panoramic views, numerous nesting and migratory birds, also because the island is long just 2.9 km therefore easy to visit.
For lovers of the seabed it is possible to dive accompanied by expert guides and discover the wonderful marine flora and fauna. Often it happens to spot groups of dolphins and sperm whales. Another possibility to do on the island with local boats is the excursion to the island of Santo Stefano to visit the prison.
Thursday after a rich breakfast and tour in the village we will sail towards Ponza to spend the night in one of the fantastic pristine bays of the island.
Friday after several dips, baths and sailing we will go to enjoy an aperitif in ponza with possible dinner, in the small and characteristic village of the island.
