Brief description of the holiday

NIGHT NAVIGATIONS, RADE IN THE BLUE, PARTIES ON BOARD, EVENINGS ON LAND. All this and more in this early summer flotilla among the Pontine islands!

It starts on Wednesday from Nettuno, boarding at 5pm, the first to arrive will stock up (we'll give you a list that can help them). In the evening, before sunset, we leave. Night sailing, 4 - 5 hours to get to Palmarola , you will sleep there at anchor.

The next day we will move between the coves of Palmarola, on Thursday evening we will sleep in Ponza in the harbor, after having seen the sun set from Chiaia di Luna . We will go ashore by taxi boat and people will be free to come back on board whenever they want.

The following morning we will visit the natural arch and Cala Amore , shortly after lunch we will leave for Ventotene. In three hours we will be in Ventotene , after a swim and an aperitif we will go ashore to see Ventotene and eat all together in a restaurant in the port.

Early on Saturday morning, while the crew sleeps, our skippers will set sail to return to Ponza, see other coves, have lunch in the sun and relax among the caves of the cathedral and in the French bay. In the evening we will go ashore and go to see the sunset from "the terraces". There you can eat, dance and sing at the piano bar in front of one of the most suggestive sunsets of the island.

On Sunday morning we will set sail for Palmarola , swim in one of the coves to admire the transparent waters of Ponza for the last time, have lunch at sea and by around 5pm we will be in the port of Nettuno, ready for disembarkation.

The Boats of the Flotilla: We will sail on 5 very recent quality boats, each with 4-6 cabins, 2-3 bathrooms and between 14 and 15 meters in length.

It was a holiday full of laughter and joy. The right choice to really switch off, relax and enjoy the beauty of the sea and our territory in total safety. The Flotilla is a real family that welcomes you and accompanies you on a UNIQUE and UNFORGETTABLE adventure! Thank you Captain!

This holiday gave me the opportunity to discover beautiful islands on a well-thought out tour! Flavio, attentive and unstoppable skipper, led us with seriousness but always with a smile on his face and a lot of sympathy, helping to create harmony in a crew already close-knit from the first miles of navigation. Flavio has been able to solve critical situations even if he does not have at his disposal other experienced people in the crew but only guys among us passionate and willing. I would just like to express that a second experienced person in addition to the skipper would in my opinion be necessary, to be of support in difficult situations where by force of things one member must be at the helm and another member must manage the most critical situations. Last but not least, the presence of a second experienced member could favor the choice of "sailing" helping the skipper to steer the sails, which I missed alas. I recommend it to everyone, get on board with Flaviooo!

Unforgettable holiday in the most beautiful islands of the Neapolitan gulf, rigorous and attentive skipper. Every extra word spent would not do justice to the beautiful experience I had.

2 stars of encouragement for flotilla sailing idea, unfortunately several extra expenses not communicated by sailsquare. In addition, if you buy a flotilla holiday, you expect people to be divided on the available boats, thus ensuring adequate levels of comfort. In this case, however, we found ourselves in 9 on a filling boat, with several inconveniences on the spaces available and without the atmosphere of group navigation that we would have expected. Expenses for oversized starter packs, also not recommended the delegation on the galley (800 eur of which 100 for delivery only).

Let's say that the only thing that was saved from the holiday is the skipper Lorenzo, the laughter and the nice company on the boat. For the rest I do not highly recommend booking through sailsquare unless you want to be screwed and teased !

We visited incredible places and made anchorage in the coves that are among the most beautiful in Italy. The sailboat group despite the differences between the crew members, worked great and turned out to be very balanced. Flavio is a great captain and immediately gave me confidence by making me his nostromo. He taught me a lot and a beautiful friendship was born between us. Flavio has a great academic preparation and manages to apply it to reality with great dexterity, without ever missing a beat. We had several difficulties during the holiday, the sea is full of "pirates", but Flavio always guided us to the solution, making the most of the crew and his knowledge. Deep bonds have been created between the crew members and surely some of us will see each other again. It was the most beautiful holiday of my life, I left the boat with tears in my eyes. The holiday was an unforgettable experience, but this is due to the group of people with whom I was lucky enough to share it! The boat was not suitable to accommodate 10 passengers (+ skipper) in terms of spaces and was not perfectly maintained. Safety first: it is correct and unquestionable that in case of adverse weather conditions the plans are changed. However, alternatives must be offered - which are not to stand 48h still in port. Perhaps the concept of 'flotilla' should also be reviewed: on a few occasions we have really been all together and communication has not always been the same for all boats. If you correct the course on these aspects, it can become the perfect holiday!

Unfortunately the review is negative. Compared to my wonderful previous experience with Sailsquare, this time the Boat was too small for the number of people and quite old. The skipper too messy and with little sensitivity, manners and tones and inappropriate clothing. Fortunately a very good crew but this is not attributable to the organization. A pity also the continuous changes in the itinerary planned in an inefficient and poorly coordinated way. We skipped half of the planned islands without having valid alternatives. Even the return to port was brought forward by a day with a total of 3 evenings amount and no compensation. A real :(

Wonderful holiday between the Pontine Islands and the Gulf of Naples. Flavio skipper impeccable, competent, helpful as well as wonderful person. I came back regenerated! Experience to be repeated. Thank you all!

Lorenzo is the No. 1 of the Skippers experienced in many sailing trips (... and to think that his young age, at the beginning left me a little perplexed...) Instead a pleasant discovery: Great Professionalism, Scrupulousness and Attention to all our needs ... it is his Passion that makes the difference, it is contagious (I learned more notions from board with him than in all my past trips!!). I will never forget the sympathy of his looks for every situation, his laughter, his infinite gratitude for every benevolent gesture he received from us... It is his humility balanced by a convinced authority that makes him the Young and Great Sea Wolf that he is! I LOVE YOU my Red Mal Pelo, that you have nothing wrong with nothing!!

Lorenzo is a young sea wolf! Competent, prudent, extremely polite, attentive and, despite his young age, he has a wealth of experience and great professionalism. He is an excellent skipper (or Skiopper as he ironically defines himself) and accompanied us on this holiday with extreme positivity and sympathy, helping to create a great climate is an unforgettable holiday. What distinguishes it? The great heart with which he does everything and the extreme respect and education. Thank you very much Skiopper! You are number 1 It was a great pleasure ! What can I say... when you say crystal clear sea, sun, enchanting coves, fresh bubbles admiring the sunset on board a catamaran at anchor, you enter by right into the Olympus of the ideal holiday. If you then add a fabulous crew that combines competence, sympathy and empathy ... that's it!!!! But I'm not done, this is just the corolla to the wonderful group of new friends with whom I shared one of the most carefree and serene holidays. Well found guys, you are beautiful people.. and I can't wait to meet you again.

Competence, enthusiasm, patience, these are the qualities that I would have liked to find thinking of the Skipper of my holiday . ... And this I found in each of the Magnificent Three "skioppers" of the flotilla! Simone, Lorenzo and Vladimiro have been wonderful in managing every situation that has arisen, from the playful ones, which they have helped to create by actively participating, to the complex ones that have occurred, especially on the occasion of the night storm that in part they have been able to avoid, and in which their professionalism has emerged more than ever. A good dose of luck ... then .... were also the people met in this wonderful holiday in the magical Aeolian Islands that I would repeat tomorrow! The only suggestion: review the proposed galley, certainly excessive considering that in the various stages on the ground it is possible to buy what is possibly missing, according to specific needs. Exciting week thanks to the good company and a fabulous skipper, Lorenzo P., always polite and helpful, who has been able to amalgamate and guide with great competence and professionalism, the entire flotilla! Very reassuring on the occasion of the disturbance on Stromboli / Panarea that we managed to avoid in part! Niggles? Boat not very technological, no air conditioning, small fridge x 9 people! Very questionable galley, by the way, thrown in large part halfway, x lack of fridge (or rather, lack of a small generator) Overall a nice experience. Thank you

The flotilla consisted of three boats, I was with Flavio. It was a pleasant discovery, the best part of the holiday: a delightful person, a prepared, cultured and passionate skipper, able to transmit with patience and dedication his love for the sea and for sailing, even in the worst circumstances. I highly recommend it. Good wind captain!

Unforgettable week in the Aeolian Islands. The skippers of the flotilla Simone and Vladimiro and the flotilla leader Lorenzo as well as being super professional, competent and organized have always been up to all situations at sea. Very spacious and comfortable boat. Wonderful also the friends and friends known. I highly recommend La Flottiglia and last but not least thank Alessio for his advice and his availability ... Extremely prepared professional with a long experience at sea. A person who rarely meets, friendly, nice, helpful and who knows how to involve and make a group with all the crew members! EXCLUDING CHARTER PACK 80 EURO which includes: personal insurance, boat insurance, security deposit insurance, sheets, towels, dinghy, SUP, tender engine.

How do I get to the port of embarkation? Very comfortable train to Neptune, the port is 300 meters away.

What can I bring on board?
All that is summer FORBIDDEN on board TROLLEY, SHOES WITH HEELS or with leather or domma or black plastic soles, on the boat preferably with bare feet (you can wear them on land but never on board).

How is the galley organized? THE FIRST ARRIVALS WILL MAKE THE GALLEY FOR EVERYONE (AT LEAST 4 People)

Do I need to have sailing experience to participate? NO

How will the experience take place in case of rain?
In case of rain we will leave anyway, in case of heavy seas we will visit Nettuno on the first evening, dinner in the port, in the hope of being able to leave the following morning.
