We are waiting for you to experience a wonderful week on board with us, between relaxing sailing, breaks for fun and discovery of the most beautiful villages on the island of Elba and the ports of northern Corsica.
Here is our rough itinerary:
Saturday afternoon: Boarding in Punta Ala at 16.00.
Located at the southern end of the Gulf of Follonica, Punta Ala is an elegant seaside resort in the province of Grosseto, in the municipality of Castiglione della Pescaia. The tourist port of Punta Ala is one of the most beautiful on the Tuscan coast, its position is strategic and allows you to head both north (Elba, Capraia, Corsica) and south (Giglio, Argentario). After having stocked up and refueled, in the evening we will reach Porto Azzurro where we will spend the night at anchor.
Sunday: Sailing towards the north coast of Elba, stop and relax in the small bay of Ortano, limited to the south by an islet, one of the best-known beaches in the Municipality of Rio Marina, with clear waters ideal for snorkelling. Stop for lunch and swim in one of the northern coves of Elba, then route to Portoferraio, the main port of the island with a "natural" character or, alternatively, we will reach the charming village of Marciana Marina, where we will spend the night in sparse.
Monday: Route to Capraia, the magical island of sailors. Capraia gives great emotions to sea lovers, with its splendid coast and seabed to explore. Night at anchor or in the charming and tiny port of Marina di Capraia.
Tuesday: Breakfast and then sail towards Corsica and its splendid waters. During the navigation we will touch the legendary rock of the Giraglia, known for giving its name to one of the most famous regattas in the Mediterranean. After having rounded Cap Corse and taken a refreshing swim, towards evening we will land in the bay of San Florent, with a stop at anchor or in the port, according to availability. Saint Florent is a lively and trendy town, full of charm, ideal for a dip into worldliness.
Wednesday: We are just a few miles from the most spectacular beaches of Corsica so we head towards the Agriate Desert, renowned for its white sand beaches, among which one of the most beautiful and famous is certainly Plage de Saleccia. After a day of sun and swimming in turquoise waters, in the evening we return to Saint Florent to spend the night in the bay.
Thursday: Setting sail in the morning we will sail again towards Capo Corso and then heading for Capo San Andrea on Elba. After a quick stop in Fetovaia, one of the most suggestive beaches of the island, characterized by fine and golden granite sand, in the evening we will reach the large and comfortable bay of Marina di Campo and we will go to discover its picturesque old town, with the characteristic small port . Marina di Campo has been, since the 1950s, one of the historic localities of international tourism in Elba, so much so that it is called "Little Viareggio".
Friday: Breakfast and then stop for a swim in one of the many bays on the south coast of Elba, then lunch in one of the charming little restaurants on the beach in the gulf of Porto Azzurro. In the afternoon, after a last dip in the clear waters of Elba, a quiet sail back towards Punta Ala and arrival in the Marina in the evening. Evening free for shopping, aperitif and dinner.
Saturday: Breakfast and disembarkation by 9:00.
