Brief description of the holiday
The perfect holiday, sailing from bay to bay, discovering the most suggestive landscapes, the crystalline and pristine beaches, far from the crowds. The KOALA 50 is the standard boat born from the legendary 50 feet CS & RB Busnelli, with which in 1973/74 Doi Malingri participated in the first edition of the Whitbread Round The World Race. Other important information
The "ALL INCLUSIVE" treatment provides no additional cost for life on board in addition to the participation fee, drinks and food included; Below is the rough menu for a week. Bed linen as well as toilet linen are also provided. Meals and drinks consumed on the ground as well as any excursions are not included in the fee.
The menu of the week :
the menu is structured with abundant breakfasts, light lunches so as not to be weighed down and to be able to enjoy the sea at best, scarce substantial dinners of carbohydrates to facilitate night's rest. The following menu is indicative, that is, it describes the typical diet of a week on board, I don't mention the appetizers and snacks in which the Iberian ham leg is always hung in the kitchen ... Wine, Beer and drinks they are completely available, but with moderation due to alcohol, as well as for spirits. (of course there is also water ;-))))
Saturday : boarding after 18:30 and welcome drink.
Dinner : Paella de Pescado.

Lunch : Pasta with Veraci Clams Dinner: Grilled Fish, Grilled Vegetables, and appetizers.
Monday : Mimitica breakfast (crepes or pan kake or omelettes freshly prepared, biscuits, jam, honey, Nutella, Dulce de Leche, tea, coffee, milk, Greek yogurt, seasonal fruit.
Lunch : Jamon Iberico Reserva cut with a knife, local cheeses with honey nuts and onion jam made on the boat, Italian bruschetta and avocado bruschetta, mixed salad.
Dinner : Thai prawns with vegetables, basmati rice.
Tuesday Mimitica breakfast (crepes or pan kake or omelettes freshly prepared, biscuits, jam, honey, Nutella, Dulce de Leche, tea, coffee, milk, Greek yogurt, seasonal fruit.
Lunch : Pasta with Sardines (fish) ;-), salad.
Dinner : Grilled Meat, Cerdo Iberico (Spanish pork), grilled vegetables, Papas Arrugata (new potatoes cooked in sea water, typical Canarian recipe).
Wednesday Mimitica breakfast (crepes or pan kake or omelette freshly prepared, biscuits, jam, honey, Nutella, Dulce de Leche, tea, coffee, milk, Greek yogurt, seasonal fruit.
Lunch : Avocado bruschettas, Italic bruschettas, Jamon Iberico Reserva cut with a knife, Local cheeses with honey walnuts and onion jam made on the boat, Italic bruschettas and avocado bruschettas, mixed salad.
Dinner : Paella Negra (fish paella with cuttlefish ink, accompanied with Ayoli sauce).
Thursday Mimitica breakfast (crepes or pan kake or omelettes freshly prepared, biscuits, jam, honey, Nutella, Dulce de Leche, tea, coffee, milk, Greek yogurt, seasonal fruit.
Lunch : Pasta with Chipirones Pequenos (cuttlefish) Dinner: Grilled de Pescado (hoping to have caught something ...) alternatively grilled meat! Grilled vegetables.
Friday Mimitica breakfast (crepes or pan kake or omelette freshly prepared, biscuits, jam, honey, Nutella, Dulce de Leche, tea, coffee, milk, Greek yogurt, seasonal fruit.
Lunch : Vegetable couscous Dinner: Mimitica fish soup.
