review about Caribbean cruise on a sailboat in St. Martin February 2019
with Francesco B. 36 years old
Saint Matin is an island that is part of the Lesser Antilles , the smallest of the inhabited islands, and is actually divided between two different states: half Dutch and half French.
The two realities show two different characteristics: on the one hand, the Dutch one, entertainment and night-out, on the other, the French one, we will find more Caribbean.
On the island there are over 30 beaches of fine white sand and turquoise and flat , often deserted: we will try to reach all the most beautiful and hidden mass tourism.
The Dutch part of St. Martin is known for its nightlife: all the typical rum-based exotic drinks are very famous.
The French side is known instead for its beaches for typical Caribbean, with white sand and calm sea, and the rich French and Creole cuisine of the Caribbean.
Together we will discover an island full of colors, flavors and that will leave us with open eyes .

The overnight stays are scheduled in the port or in the harbor; often there is the possibility to go ashore with the tender to visit the places and to eat freshly caught fish.
NB: The itineraries shown are a general indication of the route. As by its very nature, sea travel makes it impossible to respect a detailed planning of the itineraries in advance, due to the weather and sea conditions. For safety reasons, the skipper's opinion on any changes to the program is unquestionable.
