Brief description of the holiday
Hello and welcome!
I propose you to participate in an adventure cruise and sailing to the Scilly Archipelago off the coast English.
From Granville we will take the direction of Scilly .
After crossing the rail of the cargo ships, (1/4 of the maritime traffic global every day!)
According to your wishes, you will take part in the maneuvers and after a crossing 200 miles you will enjoy the discovery of this archipelago made up of 5 main islands:
- St Mary and her famous pub "the mermaid ", unavoidable
- St Agnes and his seedlings rocks.
- St Martin
- Tresco with its tropical garden and its museum of figures of prows.
Seals, visible in many isolated pebbles. 200mn from Granville and 30 minutes from Land's End in Cornwall.
To see: Its lagoon, its seedlings of rocks, its seals, its garden tropical, its museum of figureheads.
Indeed, these islands benefit from the proximity of a tributary of the gulf stream "which gives them this climate and this sweetness particular, amazing in the middle of the Channel. The hikers will be spoiled for choice in front of the possibilities of stroll in the middle of the flowering paths of subtropical plants or at the edge lagoons that have nothing to envy with hot countries.
Back coasting along Cornwall before a new crossing that brings you back to Granville via the Channel Islands.
Day 1: Home in Granville
Ability to spend the night aboard the boat the day before. Home in Granville in the morning. After delivery of the refueling, departure for 36 hours of sailing (200mnq) depending on the weather.
Day 2: Navigation to St Mary
Navigation: Crossing the Channel in the middle of cargo ships with, according to your desires, participation in maneuvers and shifts night, in the middle of cargo ships (1/4 of the world's maritime traffic passes in these waters every day). Arrival in St Mary.
Day 3: St Mary
Stroll in St Mary, its customs paths, its moor, its beaches, its breathtaking views of the rest of the archipelago. In the end after lunch do not miss the mythical and inescapable pub "the Mermaid" and its special atmosphere!
Day 4: Tresco Island
Stopover at Tresco and its tropical garden, amazing off the coast Cornwall. To see also, the Museum of the figures of prow, but also its white sand beaches, its megalithic sites, its moors and its charming village.
Day 5: St Agnes
Stop at St Agnes, perhaps the wildest of these islands, with its rock formations with special shapes where you can to see seals to "western rocks".
Day 6: Falmouth Bay
Road to Falmouth Bay in Cornwall: stop at Helford river or ascent and night in the meandering fields of Fal river
Day 7: Falmouth / Jersey
Crossing the Channel towards Jersey.
Day 8: Jersey
Day in Jersey. Visit of Saint Helier the capital and its duty-free shops his evenings pubs "so british" or stroll in the island.
Day 9: Chausey / Granville
After a visit to Chausey, return to Granville and end of the adventure.

It is a sailboat extremely well maintained and pleasant to navigation Equipment aboard the boat: vhf, autopilot, 220v current to port.
