Secondo il mito, il dio Élios mandava il suo gregge ai ricchi pascoli dell'isola di Trinacrie, confidandolo alle cure delle sue due belle ragazze, le pastorelle Fauteuse e Lampante, nato dei suoi amori col giovane Nérée. Così, i nomi delle isole Régades troverebbero la loro origine dei due nomi delle pastorelle e di quello di loro madre: Aigüe Favignana, Feto ha, Parbhani Sollevando, Lampa tia, e Defecherà Maret Timo (Nerea). Br > Ci sono veramente di molto numerosi luoghi a visitare in questa isola splendida, ma il luogo marittimo più bello della Sicilia è sempre San Vito Lo Capo, comune italiano del dipartimento di Trapani, caratterizzato da una spiaggia dorata di tre chilometri di lunghezza, bagnata da un mare meraviglioso e trasparente che affascina tutti i turisti che lo visitano.
