Brief description of the holiday
The idea I offer you is of an "open" cruise, to be discussed in detail taking into account the ambitions of the crew and of course the weather.
We will definitely set sail on the morning of April 25th, as soon as the galley is organized quickly (we can provide a pre-galley with the agreement of the whole crew) to head towards the suggestive Porto Venere .
It is about 5-7 hours of sailing depending on the weather: you arrive passing by the channel that separates the town from the island; one of the most breathtaking landings in the Mediterranean.
It is decided whether to moor in the port or to stay at anchor in the adjacent bay (it must be decided in advance so, in the case, to reserve the berth in the port).
The evening passes in the town of Porto Venere and you can choose to have dinner on board or go to a tavern or restaurant.
Early in the morning of the 26th we set sail for the Island of Capraia where, this season, you must sleep docked in the harbor.
The island has a town around the marina and a second town at the top
Our Columbia 50 is a yacht of great class and personality, which absolutely cannot be considered as a normal rented boat.
Vintage boat from 1967, it is the Admiral America in fiberglass of the time.
Classic lines but, thanks to the large dimensions, so much comfort: a boat for Lords of yesterday, re-proposed and updated with the comforts and safety of today.
The absolutely marine hull, adds to the reception of the spaces on the wide deck and of the very bright dinette, comfort in navigation rarely found in contemporary boats.
The spaces below deck are composed of:
Large dinette with 5 comfortable seats
Bow cabin with huge double bed divisible into two V-shaped bunks, wardrobe and two closets
Starboard cabin with two large cantilevered bunks, wardrobe and chest of drawers
Two bathrooms, one with a large hot shower
Two sleeping berths for the skipper and possibly the hostess
Kitchen with oven, fridge and icebox
Waxed wardrobe and ample space to stow the galley
From the point of view of hospitality and comfort, the boat is equipped with:
Folding table for the cockpit
Nemo sun loungers for parking at anchor
Inflatable boat with high pressure keel and oversized tubular to avoid getting wet
Electric outboard motor (extra equipment) that also allows you to enter the marine parks that allow the landing with oars
Bimini top in navigation plus stationary awning
Wooden bathroom ladder
Complete supply of crockery, plates, glasses and kitchen utensils
Gas cooker with electric safety valve and sound alarm.
USB sockets in the cabins
Watermaker for the production of fresh water on board
Parasail sail (extra equipment)
The boat accommodates up to 6 people, 4 of which in two cabins (one double and
the other with two superimposed single beds) and 2 its two single beds
superimposed on the center of the boat.
In this case the skipper would sleep in a square and it will not be possible
host the eventual hostess.
The boat requires the presence of a skipper
