We will sail along the coasts of the splendid Mediterranean islands, each month a different destination, reaching characteristic locations and lonely bays.
The cruise program includes a Yoga Workshop with daily lessons, based on sequences of positions that will include various types of Asanas.
The workshop activities are suitable for everyone and will be customized based on the level of mastery of the discipline of each participant.
My boat is a beautiful 20-meter steel oceanic schooner that is comfortable and safe and can accommodate up to six guests in three comfortable cabins with ample common areas, kayaks, and snorkeling equipment.

I have been practicing Yoga for 27 years. I love the sea and, for this reason, six years ago, I chose to teach Iyengar Yoga in Ischia. I am president of the Ischia Yoga Association which aims to spread the culture and discipline of Yoga.
Yoga means "union" and, on board, I will guide you in a path of harmonious union between nature and spirituality, based on meditative activities and on the practice of Yoga positions suitable for every level of mastery of this discipline.
