Born in Marsala, land of the sun, wind, wine, orange blossoms, oranges and cunzatu bread, The scent of Sicily is immortal, unique and wonderful, I specialized in catering first as a chef and then as a food & beverage but I was starting to miss the outdoor life. The years spent as a chef have made me travel part of the world. I had a full life and anything but monotonous.... But it was not enough. While I loved my job, I was missing something that I couldn't focus on. I felt bottled, compressed. Why put the brakes on a wish that can be fulfilled? I had to go, it didn't matter where, but what mattered was how. "I wanted to start traveling on a sailing boat. After crossing the Indian Ocean, Caribbean and Mediterranean, I realized that Sicily has great potential. Hence the choice to live on a catamaran and in symbiosis with the sea and nature.
