I discovered sailing in 1988 when I bought the sailboat of the man who was to become my best friend: Francis. . It was a Lotus from CNSO, a 1964 sailboat 7.50m X 2.10m moored in the old port of Marseille. In 1993 I bought a 1979 Dufour 2800, a sailboat of 8.25m X 2.93m based in the old port of La Ciotat. I kept it for 14 years and sailed between Marseille and Menton. I sold it in 2008 to buy Alcyon, a 1984 Gib'Sea 96, a 10.10m X 3.35m sailboat with which, when I met Marie Line; I dared my first crossing. It was in 2011 that I acquired a First 45F5 from 1990, a 14.20m X 4.25m sailboat. It was my revelation, I want to go further and further, it's a very seaworthy sailboat with enjoyable handling, it works very well while being very comfortable, it allows the settings that make sailing interesting.
