Per passare indimenticabili week end o settimane intere su una delle 2 splendide imbarcazioni con le quali creiamo progetti di navigazione. Uno splendido veliero in legno di 24 metri ed uno barca a vela oceanica da regata con scafo in kevlar, armata a sloop di 21 metri ed albero alto 28 metri. Le zone di navigazione sono Ponza, Palmarola, Ventotene, Santo Stefano, Ischia, Procida, Costiera Amalfitana, ma volendo anche la Sicilia.

A little below expectations. Luca is very kind and helpful, as well as an experienced skipper and excellent cook. However, in some respects I was disappointed, particularly considering the fact that the experience is presented as a slightly more luxurious and comfortable option (with a consequent higher than average cost of participation). The cabins are particularly small (the [hidden] is a repurposed racing boat). In addition, while 3 cabins have their own private bathroom, another 5 people share a single bathroom adjacent to one of the cabins. The hostess Sabina turned out to be unprofessional and at times rude towards the participants. The atmosphere relaxed when she left on the third day of the holiday. Luca was very good at making up for his absence, but in any case the hostess service that is paid in the fee was not covered. Unfortunately we couldn't go sailing due to a missing safety piece. As much as these things can happen, I wonder if the boat had been subject to the necessary maintenance and checks before departure. Finally, the cleaning conditions of the boat were not optimal. Already at the start, the outside was quite dirty. We also had a problem with ants on board for which nothing was done despite various complaints and suggestions to buy a special product.

I bring with me beautiful memories of my first experience on a sailing boat, an experience shared with a friend and with other nice people met on board the beautiful and comfortable boat that hosted us. The skipper Luca immediately gave me security and confidence thanks to his experience and skills, understandable even by a neophyte like me, and also delighted us with tasty meals consumed overlooking the wonderful views of the Pontine islands. Experience to do and repeat.
