The skipper is Pierre, a 30-year old professional skipper from Lorient, France. Pierre has a deep knowledge of the yachting industry, as he has been sailing since his childhood and has worked for several years in the shipbuilding industry as a stability expert. He knows the yacht and the cruising area inside-out! He speaks English, French, Dutch and a bit of Spanish. Until the 21st of September, the skipper's efforts are complemented by Milla, a Finnish girl who has worked in the travel and tourism industry for several years and is very caring and attentive to the guests' needs. She speaks English, Finnish, Spanish, Swedish, French and German. A few times per season, Panos (the owner of the boat) likes to skipper the yacht himself, while Pierre visits his family in France. Panos is 39 and has sailed extensively around Greece and has worked in the yacht industry for years. He speaks English, Italian, French and Dutch.

Pierre and Panos have collectively logged thousands of miles in tidal and non-tidal waters in England, France, the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, as they have both successfully completed a transatlantic crossing in separate occasions. Furthermore, both Pierre and Panos have local experience of the Greek waters, and especially of the Cyclades and the Ionian islands. They have technical knowledge and practical experience of yacht maintenance and repair and they love to take good care of the classic Hallberg-Rassy 49. Finally, they both have a great love and deep respect for the sea and enjoy sharing their passion and experience with their guests.
