Rui sarted sailing at the age of 6 At the age of 20 he bought his first sailboat a Beneteau first class 8 Crossed the south Atlantic once and the north Atlantic twice and crossed the Pacific ocean as a solitary navigator from Panama to Papua New Guinea. Did a season of chaters as skipper in the Caribbean (Grenade) Last year he worked as a skipper in Ibiza e Formentera. Rui will be happy to share with you his stories, photographs and maps of his world travels.

Rui è stato un comandante molto attento sia alle condizioni meteo (non molto buone per la settimana) che alle nostre esigenze. I suoi racconti ed esperienze in mare sono stati molto interessanti. Ottimo cuoco. Insomma una bella vacanza. Grazie ancora Rui e a presto per altre avventure!

Rui è una persona meravigliosa, con una gentilezza ed un'educazione rare, un piacere ascoltare i suoi racconti di vita ed esperienza. Sempre pronto a soddisfare le diverse esigenze di ogni ospite con attenzione e cura nei dettagli, dalla precisa pulizia e all'ordine perfetto della sua barca, ai luoghi migliori dove fermarsi per potersi godere mare e tramonti stupendi, oltre ad essere un ottimo chef. È stata una vacanza indimenticabile, Rui è stato un regalo conoscerti, grazie di cuore! Vacanza es esperienza consigliatissima!!

Il "nostro" Captain! Rui è uno skipper unico, ci ha trattati benissimo dal primo minuto fino all'ultimo saluto. Sulla barca è impeccabile, cura ogni dettaglio a bordo. Ha una conoscenza approfondita del territorio, ci ha dato vari consigli su cosa fare e cosa vedere. Gentile in ogni tipo di richiesta che gli abbiamo fatto. Riguardo la cucina, non ci ha fatto mancare l'Italia! E' stata un'esperienza fantastica che consiglio di fare assolutamente.
