About me

Happy owner of my Cucciolo, a beautiful Comet 36 from 2007, blue and all in teak that is a pleasure when sailing

I love the slow life and the beautiful sails that flow placidly between a chat, a nap and an infinite horizon.

I have been surfing for many years. As a boy at the Nautico I pulled my first edges, but it is as an adult that I dedicated myself with passion and dedication (which I certainly didn't think I had!) to the high seas and the culture of going to sea... study study and study, and miles miles miles. So I got my license, yacht master, stcw, instructor license and in the meantime three boats passed by with which I was able to do more miles and continue to learn a thousand other things and

Several who have sailed with me have told me that you can see how much I love the sea and sailing from the passion and warmth with which I involve everyone in any aspect of life on board "as if we were not just guests but a real crew!". I never understood if it was a compliment...

But in fact I see myself a lot in this description; I have always thought that a sailboat was the emblem of synergy, because it is thanks to the synergy of forces, but above all of people, that it manages to sail and live. And with this spirit anyone who gets on board with me maybe gets on as a guest, but then I like to let him out a bit of seafaring spirit and make him go down with a pinch of extra salt on his skin, a memory of that upwind with the nervous rudder in his hands, of the chats spent figuring out how the hell this boat goes against the wind! (who knows if he then understood), or even those crucial decisions such as whether to go to anchor and set sail or take another bath first

So, have I intrigued you a bit? Want to come and try how Puppy rows?
