From the port of embarkation in Carloforte, the car can be embarked on the vehicle ferries departing from Portovesme, while hydrofoil connections from Calasetta are generally reserved for passengers; Boarding conditions and vehicle restrictions vary by company and season.

The nearest railway station is Cagliari Centrale, a hub of the regional lines of Sardinia; from here you can use regional trains to the stations in the south-western area (variable times, approximately 1-2 hours to the stations of Iglesias / Carbonia depending on the service) and continue by bus, taxi or rental car to the ports of Portovesme or Calasetta (road transfers 20-90 minutes depending on the arrival station). Other Sardinian airports (Alghero, Olbia) are located at greater distances and involve longer road transfers; for international flights, domestic hubs with connections to Cagliari are used.

On board, our hostess takes care of the daily cleaning of the cabins and private bathrooms. The guests' task is to keep the cabin tidy to facilitate the hostess's task. A set of linen and bath towels is provided at the beginning of the cruise. There is no change of linen during the experience.

On board our boat, the atmosphere is always one of comfort and relaxation. We recommend comfortable clothing to stay on board when you are not wearing a swimsuit. Sunglasses, hat and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun, slippers/flip-flops to go ashore; If you want to wear shoes on board, they must have white soles and be used only for the boat. It can also be useful to have a small watertight container for your wallet/mobile phone with you, to use when you go ashore. In May and September we also recommend packing a sweatshirt and a windbreaker for cooler evenings.

Weapons of any kind (including knives and spearguns), drugs (unless exposed with a medical prescription), alcohol, bulky sports equipment.

A soft bag is required for transporting luggage, so that it can be easily stowed away. Hard suitcases and trolleys should be avoided, as they are difficult, if not impossible, to stow. A small backpack or beach bag may be useful for shore excursions.

The boat is equipped with both 12V sockets (with USB and/or cigarette lighter connectors) and 220V sockets, which can normally be used at any time.

Usually, we moor in a bay at night, with the possibility of going ashore using the dinghy. However, we will stop in port, as planned in the itinerary, to refill our water and/or provisions, as well as to enjoy a pleasant evening ashore.
