Our trip ends here:

Check-out: 9:00 AM

Leg 1

DAY 1 - Saturday

You have just met between 2 and 4 p.m. and started organizing the week. The plan is to embark at the port of Olbia/Portisco. You have already taken care of everything you need for the trip with the other sailors in the charming coastal town of Sardinia.

You get to know each other over dinner together near the harbor. A little anticipation for the sailing vacation: Sardinian specialties and good wine to go with it. Fantastic!

Leg 2

DAY 2 - Sunday

Yacht briefing for the crew: your skipper will introduce you to the basics on board. Everyone can lend a hand while sailing, even beginners!

Then the sailing trip begins, with the Maddalenen Archipelago as your destination. You will anchor in the most beautiful bays and dive into the emerald green water. Your first stop will be in Cala Gavetta, and you will be protected in the marina.

From the deck, you can watch the hustle and bustle in the small harbor town.

Leg 3

DAY 3 - Monday

"Arrivederci La Maddalena Gavetta!"

You head for the north side of Sardinia. You dock for an excursion in Santa Teresa, the northernmost port on the island: a wild landscape surrounds the natural harbor.

The town of Santa Teresa di Gallura towers above it.

You walk up the small hill: What a view over the plazas, street cafés, and many small shops!

Leg 4

DAY 4 - Tuesday

You continue sailing towards Corsica. Your skipper will take you safely to your berth in the port of Bonifacio.

Bonifacio is very busy and the harbor promenade is correspondingly lively. The steep alleys lead to the center, past a hint of seafaring flair, medieval architecture, and French lifestyle.

You can enjoy the latter together in the evening while eating and celebrating.

Leg 5

DAY 5 - Wednesday

Picturesque bays promise plenty of swimming fun on your sailing vacation. You'll find time to relax and unwind. Wonderful!

You'll sail to the Lavezzi Islands off the southern tip of Corsica. The archipelago of about a hundred small islands and rocky reefs, mostly granite, seems somewhat rugged, but also fascinating!

Leg 6

DAY 6 - Thursday

On this day you will explore the sailing area just off the Corsican natural harbor of Porto Vecchio.

Then you will set sail for Sardinia. You will spend the night in one of the thousand bays.

The northeast of Sardinia boasts beaches, villages, and landscapes that are like something out of a dream world. How do you like the coastal village with its multicolored houses in typical Sardinian style?

Leg 7

DAY 7 - Friday

On the last day of your Sardinia charter, it's time to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy a few hours of fun sailing.

You will then return to the starting point of your sailing trip in Olbia/Portisco between 3 and 6 p.m.

The skipper has an insider tip for the farewell dinner and will take you to an Italian harbor restaurant. Over a glass or two of wine, you can look back on an exciting week.

Leg 8

DAY 8 - Saturday

When fellow sailors become friends: quickly exchange contact details, grab your things, and disembark (9 a.m. is check-out time), so to speak.

What you liked best about your sailing vacation in Sardinia was that you exchanged ideas after each day's stage, and not just about new sailing experiences.

You all agree: sailing from island to island is simply the best way to explore the coast of Sardinia and Corsica!

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

Sailing vacation through the turquoise blue sea in Sardinia

08/18/2021

On a sailing holiday we were six friends, all couples and we rented the entire boat. The skipper was not Carl but Markus. Markus was kind and helpful, a competent person who knew the sea well and was able to advise us on the itinerary. In the evening we also had fun having parties. The only flaw is that more time was needed for this itinerary, in fact in Corsica we only visited Bonifacio since it took 7 hours of navigation to Porto Vecchio. It was a good experience that I would do again.
